While the view is spectcular, the rooms are fantastic in their layout. We had adjoining rooms with our friends and with the sleeping area and sitting area, our stay was perfect. The evening reception was especially great. The complimentary breakfast was substantial but perhaps a bit cool in some cases and the wait for the omelette was longer than expected .... more staff?? Overall, the Embassy Suites are the place to go in Niagara Falls

We absolutely loved our room and had the most unbelievable view of the falls. Everything was great, beautiful room and the people were very friendly! The restaurants were all very good, with lots of variety on what you could eat. The shops were also great and everything was very clean.

It is my Birthday today, and my wife’s birthday 4 days, I booked the table in advance, I asked them to give us a table next to window with falls view due to occasion. Just got married few months back, they gave us a small table and we could barely see the view of falls. I could have gone to the other Keg in the Niagara Falls if I did not care about the view. Neither the waiter or receptionist cared enough about my request. In regards to good, the ceaser salad at Keg is always good but not in this restaurant. It is so bland, I rather have raw lettuce. They just served us the steak. I have to admit everything on plate is very delicious

The location of the hotel provides a wonderful view of Niagara Falls. Our room faced the falls and was very nice. The room itself was clean but dated. There was a hall from the entrance, a sitting area with desk, small kitchen and sofa. It was without windows so it was dark. The room had a big window with a view of the falls. The room rate included breakfast, which was just OK. The hotel does not provide housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 days. Parking was $70/day and the hotel charges a "resort" fee also known as "extra profit". Lots of families and the hotel is a good choice if a room with a view is important. You can walk to the casino and other nearby attractions.

Just returned from a 2 day weekend stay at this hotel. i have looked at it forever and wanted to go, but was worried it would be somewhat hokey and not as cool as advertised. BOY, was i wrong. we loved it. best location in town by far. we were on 38th floor and our room even had a massage chair overlooking the falls (maybe my Hilton Diamond privilege helped?!?!). Top to bottom, we loved every minute of our stay here and would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area.

4 years ago, my family and I came here and had an amazing vacation. I would have rated it at least 4 stars. So, we decided to go again this past weekend. It was horrible! From the grumpy valet, to the surprise $200 a day room deposit (it was $100 last time), to the fact that they wouldn’t clean the room, even when we called and asked. By the way, we were a family of 4 in 1 room, so there was plenty of garbage, dirty towels, and we ran out of toilet paper quick, with no housekeeping support. To top it off, I get home today and they charged me twice for the room! $1800 upon checking in (room and deposit) and 1200 today, just the room. When I called to get them to fix it, they said the first charge would come off in 3-5 days as it was just an authorization. What?!?! If it was just an authorization, then why was my account t charged?!? They were very unfriendly, and seemed mad at me! We will never go there again.…

The pending charge of Can $200.00 per night is a practice that is disclosed during the booking process as well as on our hotel website. We do apologize for any inconvenience as this is a pending charge in case any consumptions are charged to the suite while on property. This is released upon check out. We are following Brand standards as per our housekeeping services offered. A suite is cleaned on the fourth day or upon request. Please know all services and amenities for the guest suite can be replaced by contacting the Front Desk at any point during the stay. Our apologies for not having met your expectations.

We booked this hotel for a 1 day trip to Niagara Falls. However, we needed to cancel about 3 days out. I called Expedia and after some back and forth between myself, Embassy suites and Expedia I was told that the reservation was cancelled and even though I was outside the 4 day cancellation policy. However, on the day of the 'stay' I was charged the full price of the room. I called Expedia a number of times, and they finally let me know that it was Embassy suites that would refund me the money. When I called Embassy suites, they told me "No' initially but finally agreed to refund me the money. However, that was 4 weeks ago. This process has taken me 3 months and a number of calls between Expedia and Embassy suites, with both telling me that I would get my refund.

We booked a fallsview Suite and got a room with the view of a wall!!! I complained and they said that it was a fallsview which i could see the falls from the corner of my window!! no point in complaining as everyone is very rude there! i have stayed there so many times and the last 2 times I was treated very rudely and given the worst rooms. I will no longer recommend this Hotel to my family and friends who have all stayed here many times as well.

My wife and I came to the Embassy suites for a little weekend break. I’ll start with the “good“ if you choose a room ending 17 you will get a panoramic view of both Falls. I can’t imagine wanting to leave this room for anything else? However, don’t expect to be in a “Hilton hotel“ this is a room stay factory, or people are herded like cattle, and there is no special treatment for diamond members. No lounge, really not even a special check-in. Nowhere for breakfast and Management only pay special attention to you when they want to kick you out at 12:15 PM for a noon check out. Even a diamond member with an upgraded suite paid gets no special treatment here.

Our trip to Embassy was a gift from family for our 30th anniversary. We were booked for 3 days. When we arrived, we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. The massage chair did not work and we had to move to another room. The breakfast was part of the hotel, but it was a disaster. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages came out ice cold - no hot water under food. We decided to do the make your own omelets. 3x they gave us the wrong omelet. They ran out of OJ / apple juice and hot water. Next day we went out for breakfast as the free one was not worth it. Towels were nice, lots of pillows and bed was comfy. The parking price of $70/night is outrageous. The best part of the hotel was the view of Niagara Falls of which the hotel can take no credit. Go to a cheaper hotel and get a better value for your money. This was in low season before March break. …
