This is an amazing hotel in the Fallsview area from where you can get a good view of both Canadian and American falls. They have good dining options within the hotel and many within walking distance. Its the core of the tourist area. Well kept with great staff. If you are driving parking sometimes is a menace. Its October and its getting cold already. Carry your winter clothes. Sunshine can fool you and it gets chilled very fast.
We absolutely loved our room and had the most unbelievable view of the falls. Everything was great, beautiful room and the people were very friendly! The restaurants were all very good, with lots of variety on what you could eat. The shops were also great and everything was very clean.
My husband and I just stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The Embassy Suites absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. Our room was a 2 room King with the view of the US & Can Falls and it was spectacular! The room was large, clean and really quite nice. We parked offsite and used the hotel shuttle but the parking lot is really only a block away. The hotel location is perfect and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely go back.
Really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic view and clean hotel. Easy check in and fast elevator! Great access to falls and the keg restaurant. Upgrade offer we accepted and totally enjoyed. Really is overpriced but sucked it up Only complaint would be the room wasn't cleaned. I'm fine with reusing sheets and towels but would be nice to refresh coffee and empty garbage
We stayed here for one night on September 30. We went for a night out with no kids. We got a Canadian falls view room on the 26th floor. The good: Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. Fast elevators. Literally connected to the incline railway. 5 minute walk to the falls and Table Rock. Great views for most rooms…just be careful what side. Pick one on the American view side. Close to plenty of restaurants and the Casino. The Keg restaurant is expensive, but incredible. The bad: Far away from the main entertainment attractions (ferris wheel etc.) The room was nice, but much, much smaller than represented on the hotel floor plan…a bartender told us that in order to increase rooms, they cut larger rooms up and made smaller ones. The a/c was not great either, and the side of the building is just beat on by the sun all day. The room was HOT. The website made it seem that you could see the fireworks from the Canadian view side - you can’t. But…you can see full frontal male nudity if you look at the Tower Hotel that’s right up against the hotel. LOL. THEY WILL TRY TO UPSELL YOU. “Because you are a ………. Level member, we have upgrades available” will be the reason you can’t do online checkin AND get your key on your phone. They have made it so you can’t get a key UNTIL they get a chance to upsell you. They will offer to upgrade your room for additional $150-200, and they will haggle with you. We didn’t upgrade, Hilton usually offers complimentary upgrades at a certain level. I expect better from Hilton.…
Booked through Expedia, accidentally chose the wrong dates and upon reaching out to Expedia, they told me I was completely out of luck and my money was already spent and gone, and there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me, not even change my dates, which was clearly stated in the original booking. So, I called the hotel directly, and even though they weren't the ones I had booked through, Georgie was very polite and got me in contact with the right people and eventually was able to reschedule my trip for the intended dates. Thank you Georgie for being what customer service should truly embody!
We were booked into the hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, but on check in we were told that 'due to Covid reasons' breakfast wouldn't be provided. As compensation, we were given some money off vouchers for nearby hotels/ restaurants which were providing breakfast. These were useful but barely covered the cost of coffee once all of the taxes were added onto the bill. So, until they start serving breakfast I wouldn't recommend staying here, unless of course you are happy to pay an additional $300 for 2 daily breakfasts.
Had a 4 night stay at the hotel recently and whilst we had amazing views of both falls from the 40th floor, unfortunately we found ourselves in a room that was next door to a family with screechy children. The noise was that bad that you actually thought they were in the same room as you! At the moment there is also no daily servicing of rooms, so you had to ask each day for new towels and more coffee. In addition the buffet breakfast is non-existent but you get a voucher of $20 against a I-hop breakfast which is actually a bit of a laugh really considering the prices they charge there! Room was clean and comfortable.
It’s Niagara Falls. It’s one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. Who wouldn’t want to walk across it? Do yourself a favour and go right away you won’t regret it. Should be a wonder of the world
