We were bumped from Wyndham because of a room issue to Embassy Suites. The best thing about the hotel is the view. We stayed on the 32nd floor with Falls view. Amazing. Service was very so-so. They clean your room every 4 days - seems ridiculous. You need to be on WiFi or no signal on the upper floors. TV has no guide channel. You need the TV guide 😂. Breakfast staff was great and breakfast view is amazing. I was expecting better service for the price.

We absolutely loved our room and had the most unbelievable view of the falls. Everything was great, beautiful room and the people were very friendly! The restaurants were all very good, with lots of variety on what you could eat. The shops were also great and everything was very clean.

The views of the Fall(s) is incredible, but it’s true of many of the hotels around. The hotel overcharged us about 220% of the promised price. They claimed that there needed to be a security deposit, but it was indeed a charge and not a deposit, they charged it after one day of use, and to this day we haven’t received our 120%. When I tried to complain about it, one guy even laughed me in the face. Breakfast is terrible, super crowded. Very long waiting lines for the elevators. Staff didn’t make the beds for our kids, when we complained, they only brought bed sheets, and pillows, but no blankets at all. Out of four nights, only one cleaning up in the room. Strange noises from the water system in the bathrooms. Oh, I could go on for pages, how bad this hotel’s service is.

The hotel service and food was good and the room nice with old school decor but very comfortable. The issue is with the front office/billing. When I made the reservation the Hilton operator said the rate was about $600 per night for the stay but I failed to perceive that the rate went up 4X to about $2400 for the one night. This was indicated in the confirmation email but I misperceived it as a sumative number for the stay and not as a single night at 4X the rate. They responded with ‘not our problem’ you should read more carefully! In all my travels I have never experience a 4X rate increase during a stay! At minimum this is money grubbing behavior lacking in any concern for the customer. I’m a Hilton Honors member and in the past have stayed at hundreds of their properties but no longer.

On March 31st, we celebrated a delightful family gathering, generously organized by the Aguila Family, in honor of the birthdays of two cherished members of our family: my wife and my co-parents-in-law, both born on March 27th. The venue, conveniently situated within walking distance from the falls, provided a picturesque backdrop despite the chilly weather. Our accommodation exceeded expectations, boasting spacious rooms equipped with dual TVs for added convenience. The presence of a coffee maker ensured we could kickstart our mornings with a warm brew, while the versatile sala set, which easily transformed into a comfortable double bed, catered to various needs. With its commendable amenities and cozy ambiance, this establishment comes highly recommended for couples, family gatherings, and even business trips. Additionally, its proximity to nearby casinos and restaurants adds to its allure, promising an enriching and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Second trip to Embassy Suites within the last few months. Busier due to American Spring break. Breakfast area had plenty of food. Liked that you could get eggs done anyway you want. All staff in that area worked very hard to keep all food replenished and tables in dining area cleaned. I stayed for 4 nights so the $50 dollars parking fee to exit casino wasn't too bad compared to hotel parking fees. It was concert night so parking rates at casino go up on those days.

I stayed here for three nights with my wife and daughter as a brief, Spring Break getaway, this past March. We are Hilton Honors Gold Elite and have stayed at about 23 Embassy's over the years. This was our second time staying at this property with the last time was 2011. So, it had been a while between visits. Overall, we were less than impressed and probably wont' go back due to the front desk staff and their "tactics" at check-in. There are some nice features to this Embassy. It is probably one of their largest in North America if not the world. And, given it's sheer size, comes some of the best views of Niagara Falls you will find on the Canadian side. They also have an excellent shuttle service when you self-park. It's a lot about a mile off site but the shuttle buses run every 10 minutes and are at your car as soon as you open the door. We were amazed at how efficient that was as they run every 10 minutes. Whatever you do, don't park on site or valet. It's about 100 Canadian per night. The self-park is only 35 CAD per night by comparison. Overall, the rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated, So you will be comfortable with respect to the lodging. Our primary issue pertained to the billing. We upgraded to a Falls view Suite, with a jacuzzi tub, for what we thought was 75 Canadian per night. Given the exchange rate , it seemed to be a good deal. They gave us the hard sell and we were a bit tired from a long drive coming from Pennsylvania by way of Syracuse, NY. So I think if I was a bit fresher I would have decided differently on the room upgrade. When we called down to the front desk inquiring about our room charges, there was 750 dollars as our total bill. Given that our last night was paid for on "points", it seemed exorbitant. After a lengthy conversation with the night staff, we thought it was taken care of but there was no record of our conversation inputted into their system when we went for an amended copy of our bill the next day. As a result, we had to have the same talk with the day staff before it ultimately ended up being taken care of. It took over an hour between the two conversations to get things fixed as i t seemed they quoted us in U.S. dollars with some of that money serving as a "hold" for incidentals. But, either way, it shouldn't have showed up as a room charge with a total that high. It just caused us a lot of unnecessary worry. and time, trying to rectify things while on vacation. I understand that hotels are in the business of making money but better transparency was needed here. In hindsight, the staff just seem indifferent and don't appear to be on the same page with respect to what they are billing you for. This is a really big place with lots of people coming and going a regular basis. I can only guess that it's probably quite stressful for everyone working there on the various shifts. And this is the off-season so I can't imagine what it's like in the summer. It's also the typical Embassy Suites "cattle call" on steroids when it comes to breakfast and the manager's reception. I was told that they serve about 4,000 people each morning. It takes you a while to get your food, get seated and eat. So, it's important to plan for that if you are on a tight schedule. There is also a tremendous wait for the elevators which is particularly true during these high volume times. Niagara Falls is a cool place and worth a visit. The falls themselves are amazing and Clifton Hill has a lot to do for families with kids. Overall, we will go next store and try one of the two Marriott's on future visits to the area.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night for our anniversary…we paid the standard $200 cad plus $200 deposit fee which was said would be avail back once checked out etc….we checked out the next morning as we were leaving we crossed the street and my wife fell on the icy sidewalk…she was screaming in pain as 2 people walked by like we did not exist….I got my wife up off the ground and she says I think I need 911 (not thinking to just use our cells to call I ran back to the embassy and got the front desk manager she says she would inform security as they could call a ambulance….I know they can’t do much but all they were concerned about was that it was not on there property ….fast forward my wife went to the hospital and found out she had broke her shoulder….as my wife was the only licensed driver we needed to find away to get back to Toronto ….luckily we were getting picked up later that evening and just needed a room for a few hours….we returned to the embassy were they had kept our luggage for us….spoke to the same manager as the morning….we explained everything that went on at the hospital and the situation to get home and that we were willing to pay for a room for just a few hours and that we would like the cheapest one possible….with no regard to the circumstance they replied with it would be the standard rate of $185 cad plus an additional $200 deposit fee….I explained that we didn’t have enough for a deposit fee as we still did not get back the original deposit fee from the first room….they said sorry nothing we can do so again I said clearly we didn’t cause any damage on the original room and that all my wife needed was a bed to rest on until later that evening till we got picked up and that was all….again they said sorry we can’t help you so we had to travel to a different hotel with our luggage while my wife has a broken shoulder ….I guarantee if this had happened on the grounds of there hotel they would’ve comped us everything but that it wasn’t they could care less….worst experience ever I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone they do not care about people just the money you have….no compassion at all and we will never ever stay at a embassy hotel ever again!!

Our checkin experience was quick and the girl at the desk was friendly. Our room was very nice and very clean, nice view. The breakfast was really good I liked that it was in the keg dining room with nice views. The evening reception was also very good. Parking seemed expensive so we decided to park at the casino. When we pulled in the rate was $15 on a Tuesday (better then the hotels $35 for offsite) well jokes on us because when we left on Wednesday morning the casino parking rate was $50. So in hindsite the $35 for the hotel is expensive but would have been a better price!! We didn’t have the best experience at the keg which was surprising because we always love the keg- I will write a separate review on that though (not the hotels fault!). Overall we would return however may not due to parking rates. We also noticed the $15 pp charge for the family fun pass so probably won’t be booking any future stays with our kids

The view is amazing! The location is good, a little far from Clifton hill area but close to the Power Station! We loved our room it was clean and comfortable. My only complaints is breakfast. It’s a complete disaster and honestly not very good for what you go through. It ends too early and in the mad rush to make it on time the elevator game is awful. The buffet is setup all wrong so it doesn’t run smooth. And the drinks are in the middle of the dining room which was annoying when I needed to take a tray upstairs. Also housekeeping never showed up even though we were gone from our room from around 10:30am-5pm. Overall I would come back!
