This place was mommy's fault the pool was empty, the room was well worn, the smell of incense wafted through the wall, rust stains in the tub and to top it all off the train shaking the room at 2 am and the line of strip clubs on the way to the motel. BUT! we laugh about this to this day, we found the local YMCA to swim at, still had fun At the falls, ate at awesome restaurants, shopped at the local grocery store, and the staff was well interesting. Overall we had a blast and talk about it till today, that has to be worth something :-)

What a waste of money. We got there late. Upon entering our room I could smell something like badger Poo. Sure enough there was a swan in the room pooping everywhere. I brought the manager to show him and he said "Ya tis bird is pickles he live here" I said I wanted another room. He got it for us. As we went in I asked if the air worked, he said yes. Well the air was a big hole in the wall. It was late so we stayed anyway. I got bit by something by something I think it was a lizard. I will not stay there ever again. You have been warned

We were fooled by the pictures for sure! the pool was empty and the playground was full of weeds and looked like my kid could get tetnus. We walked into our room, there was no tv and when we went to the front desk to ask about it, the person said, "oh it must have been stolen"! Poor poor service ,there was a bus full of men celebrating a bachelor party right next to our "family room" we we're scared to sleep there but because we got there at 10pm and with 2 young kids we just wanted the night to end. thankfully some reason i had a bottle of bleach with me and i had to disinfect the toilet. We laugh about it now but boy was it ever frustrating.

My husband and parents went on a 4 day vacation to see the falls. We wanted a small family type motel, that didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was fairly cheap and had fairly good reviews so we went for it. The rooms smelled, the carpet was dirty, the beds hard the air did not work well, the bathroom toilet ran, the rooms were ugly. The staff was nice and friendly though and the pool looked clean and well taken care of. I would not stay here again though. I will pay a little more so I can take my shoes off in the room.

Don't be fooled by the picture online! It looks nothing like what you will walk into. This hotel was a nightmare. We booked three rooms for two nights, all three of the rooms smelled so bad when you walked in, it would take your breath away. One of the rooms did not even have the bed made all the sheets and covers were on the floor. None of the rooms had free hbo you only got 5 channels and two of those would not even come in with out lines going through them. In one of the rooms the sink and tolet leaked the whole time a none stop drip and a puddle of water on the floor. None of the showers had any water preasure only a small drip comming through. The playground is falling down , in great need of repair, the pool was not heated, their was no out door grill, and no badmitten set like stated online. On the second day when they came into clean they made the beds but did not leave any clean towles, tolet paper, and did not take out your trash. the picuters online show a couch in the rooms and a table and chair which their was no table and chairs and their was a foton with a small piece of padding which had to be folded in two for my child to sleep on it. everything in the room was very dirty form the bed covers, lamp shades, curtons ect. we was as given a ice bucket in our rooms but when we went to the office to get ice they said they did not have any. The doors to the room would not lock right sometimes you could just push on the door and it would open, I had to put a chair in front of the door at night so my little kids could not get out and to feel a little safer. So if you are planning a trip to canada please don't be fooled by the online information given, like I was because this place should really be shut down, even if you have to spend a little more money it would be worth it , instead of staying in this dump.
