What a great motel! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I had a double room with a kitchenette as there were no single rooms to accommodate me on the ground floor. The room was very clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice washroom and a very spacious kitchen area with a table and 4 chairs: a fridge, oven, sink, dish soap, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans as well as dishes. I didn't use any of the kitchen items as I was only staying one night. Another review I read said the electric outlets were in strange places. There was one between the two beds (perfect for my CPAP machine) and at least one in the washroom, not sure about one in the kitchen. A perfect place to spend a night or a week (or more with that fabulous kitchen space)!

Booked this hotel with Booking.com for a quick overnight visit to the Falls. Price was very reasonable and the reviews looked great. I was pleasantly surprised on entering the room. The first thing I noticed was the fresh smell, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was clean and functioned well. I was solo so just one double bed was perfectly adequate. No kitchenette but I didn't need one. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom looked newly renovated and the shower worked great. The room could probably use a lick of paint but overall had a very pleasant stay. The grounds are lovely and the pool looked inviting but alas did not have time to try it out. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Arrived mid week for a 4 day stay. Nice big room with 2 beds. Newly renovated bathroom. Nice flat screen TV. Very quiet motel. Lovely pool which is heated. I would recommend for young families. Had a kitchenette in our room so we could make simple meals. Loved it!! Clean, quiet, comfortable.

This is a budget motel with a small room, older style décor and no breakfast. but it was reasonably priced, had a fridge/microwave and had a comfortable bed. Air conditioner seemed noisy but the weather was suitable for opening a window. We were there for one night and would consider staying again.

What a gem of a place, old but updated and very well maintained. Rooms have all the basics with frig and microwave. The hosts are lovely and can provide disposable plates and cutlery. A great value for money. I will be back.

The staff are friendly and kind. The manager is excellent. Our kids spent countless hours by the well-maintained pool. We also enjoyed a BBQ in their picnic area. Yes, the decor is a tad dated, but everything is spotlessly clean. It is also well located next to a red line WeGo stop.

We stayed here for a week in the summer of 2022. The owners were kind and helpful, the rooms and property were very clean. Transportation to the Falls and all the Niagara attractions was close by. We had a room with a kitchenette and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. My kids enjoyed the pool and the outdoor eating areas. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

I read the reviews before I booked and as always mixed reviews. My review will be one of the good ones. Don't expect luxury. But it was very clean. Comfortable room in the 1st floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen. The property well kept, the pool is really nice at 8feet deep. It's about 10min to Niagara Falls. many eatery, supermarket and gas station near by. Some people may be weird about this, but they enter and cleaned the room and fresh towles each day, I didn't mind that. One tiny complaint, they had a sofa in the room, definitely time to trash and upgrade. It looked worn out. The staff was friendly and helpful to places to visit. If in Canada again will stay there.

This hotel was off the beaten path (think less commercial). I found it on hotels site checked it on trip advisor website and it had very good reviews. Normally we stay at large chain hotels with the matching large price The price was amazing, it was only for one night and I was alone so I thought I would give it a try. Over all the place was fantastic. The room was dated, but it was very clean and quite large with a kitchenette. The bathroom was pretty small but the bed was very comfortable and the location was good. It was walking distance to a couple restaurants and really quiet on a Wednesday night. Would I stay there again? Probably! With 2 people I'd probably get a bigger room just for the larger bathroom. If you are looking for brand new and modern, you probably would not be happy here to be honest. But if you don't mind staying at a roadside Motel that has been around a while consider Blue Moon Motel, it was well worth the money
