Located in Fallsview, our "boutique" hotel is 500 yards to the Falls and two blocks to Fallsview Casino and Scotiabank Convention Centre. Our guestrooms occupy the topmost floors of the tower with floor-to-ceiling windows providing unobstructed breath-taking views of the magnificent Falls or city. Overlooking the falls, our 26th floor IHOP Restaurant offers a selection of delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Perfect location, comfortable accommodations, great dining, professional staff - The Tower Hotel!
I loved this hotel! We checked in late Friday night and got a room right away. Although it was a smaller room than I am used to, it had everything we needed. The city view was great. I was surprised to see we had a jetted bath tub big enough for two! It was very pleasant over all. The staff were helpful too. There is some wear and tear to the rooms , scratches and what not, but nothing to be upset about. The rooms had a nice size mini fridge and we were able to log into our netflix account in the room. I would absolutely stay here again!

As others have stated this hotel is in a great location with absolutely amazing views of the falls- we could hear the rumble of the falls as we walked in to the room. The bed in our room was really comfortable as were the pillows. The rooms are however in need of updating and the biggest let down was the cleanliness - there was a thick layer of dust on all the flat surfaces - so much so that I cleaned the room on arrival before we unpacked any clothes but there was still a thick covering on the carpets around the edge of the rooms and behind each piece of furniture which we could easily see due to the odd angles of the room to accommodate the building shape. I did report it to reception and they apologised but it was so bad that it cannot have been one poor clean it is clearly an ongoing cleaning issue, probably not helped by the fact they don't routinely service the rooms daily it is only done if you request it. Overall it was good value for the location and views but such a shame it feels so run down and unloved. …

We have booked the hotel via agoda. We arrive early around noon time, they said the room should be available in 1 hour. We are 4 people & booked under 2 names , all checked in together. At 2 pm we checked, the room is not ready. At 3 pm my friends went to city cruise because we have only 1 day here in Niagara Falls. During tgevtibe we are going back and forth at the check in for update. Around 3:30 the room is ready but I can’t check in because it’s not under my name. The problem is he knows that we all come together & already check in us. But now he needs the person to be here in order to process the check in. At the conclusion I have been here for more than 4 hours for the room. He has NOT mentioned anything while we are here. What’s a waste. Bad service, bad attitude, No service minded. Never appreciated. DON’T Recommend to come to this place ever.…

The hotel staff are excellent, the location is excellent sadly they are the only positives. It is tired and worn which I can overlook but it was filthy, in serious need of a deep clean. I don’t blame the staff who are no doubt allocated just a few minutes to clean a room.

I’m confused by the pictures online if this hotel because our room did not look like any of those. Yes, the hotel is in a great location and I can say the linens were clean and staff was nice. But the room and hotel are very shabby. The rooms are oddly shaped. We had no beside tables, no bathroom counter, only a very small desk. Very difficult to find a place to set things. No hot water from the bathroom faucet, though luckily the shower had hot water. I didn’t get a great feeling in this hotel. I would not recommend it, when there are so many other hotels nearby to choose from.

Nothing special at Tower Inn hotel. It is Apartments Tower. Some apartments used to be hotel Rooms Other apartments bell boy ignore you, most of times Reception guys are sleepping back Office. Rooms need update maintance issues. Painting walls necessary. Enough space but very old AC. NOISY. Good thing is location. Subway few minutes away. No restaurants around just A&W (fast food) and Chipotle. (Mexican fast food) three blocks. When I left a girl on reception made an extra charge on my CC . I called her and She said when we check in They didnt charge enough. I made my Reservation on march and taxes changes after, there is the difference. Same conversation with check in reception Guy. She said, there was not a note by his coworker on system but recoginized their mistake and promise to credit back my money. Hope so! Breakfast consist in: Coffee, two kind of bread ( crossaint and mouffin), banana, Apple and yogurt. Every day on a very very small Room, very uncomfortable especially for families with kids. In general very very average close to poor stay.…

Very clean room with updated features. Our room did not have a view as these were sold out. But if you stay for breakfast the IHOP is on the 26 floor of the hotel and you can have breakfast and enjoy the view from there. Quite a good view as well.

The hotel does not match pictures online. It has not been renovated since it was built in the 60’s. The most dirty hotel we have ever been in. The only good was the front desk allowed us to check out and get our prepaid $ back for remaining nights. They should have refunded us the one night we had to stay there. We slept in our clothes….the room was so gross and had black mold in the bathroom. The room was super small but I don’t even care about that….it was gross. They should show online what you are paying over $300 for so customers can decide if they care or not….it’s false advertising.

We had the most ridiculously cool view of the falls from our room on the top floor penthouse. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Updated bathroom with a mini fridge. Close walk to Niagara Falls, parks, restaurants and bars. We LOVED staying here.
