The hotel was a little on the expensive side but it is worth for a night if you want try getting away from the big chain hotels. It has an old style elevator that takes you to your room. Room was not huge but over looked the falls. Just to say you have stayed there is worth it!

After debating with myself for quite a while about the cost of one of the Falls views room, I gave in. Decided a birthday treat for myself was in order, plus it was the last night of our USA/Canada trip. Soooo glad I did. The views are spectacular! My partners jaw dropped when I opened the room door! :) The...

Absolutely loved every second of my one night stay here! It was horrible weather. It snowed from before we checked in and continued until well after we checked out so we did not get much of a view, but I didn't even care! Purple is my favorite color so I loved the lobby and the room decor. Staff was SO...

Ok first off we got the fallsview room 3012 which was a kingsize fallsview room for our honeymoon in November. I could not even describe how beautiful the view was. The wall was filled with windows and I woke up to this breathtaking view. But I also have some complaints. Mandatory valet parking. Also you have to call for your...

I'm glad you enjoyed the view from your room. Sorry you were not happy with the valet service, but I must clarify, we do charge for "parking" as all hotels in the area do, but valet is absolutely free and we will retrieve your car as often as you wish with absolutely no charge. If you wish to tip the...

Oh the views!!! Floor to ceiling wall of windows overlooking the falls. Walk to everything. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The guest service was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Did I mention the views??!! The nightly rate was more than reasonable compared to surrounding hotels with lesser views. Kendra was very personable and professional from our first telephone call...

We stayed for the weekend in room 2709. We had a wonderful time! The view is worth a million bucks😀. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful- there is a fridge and microwave. The only thing we asked for was another chair so we could both sit in comfort. It is conveniently located in the middle of everything- loved...

Wow! This was absolutely the worst and rudest manager I've ever experienced in my life! This isn't an exaggeration. We encountered the manager, [--], behind the desk one day and he was completely unprofessional and downright mean. We were asking questions about the hotel and valet parking when he began to be incredibly defensive and aggressive. He then cussed at...

I am really not a bad person. As you can read in the reviews, my staff is very well liked and as hospitable as they possibly can be. There are times that no matter how hard we try or how wonderful the experience, we are unable to please everyone. My staff try to do everything they can to make these...

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The hotel is extremely outdated and dirty. The carpet is ripping apart, the bathroom tile was broken. The only good thing about the hotel was the food at the Marilyn Restaurant.

I really apologise for your experience at The Tower Hotel although, I am glad you enjoyed your dinner at Marilyn's Bistro & Lounge. This time of year we are doing a lot of renovations for the up coming season and we spent the last six weeks remodelling our kitchen at Marilyn's and with reading your review I believe that was...

Absolutely worth the cost. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the falls. Every time of day there was something new to see. Be sure to watch for the rainbow if the sun is shining. Easy access for walking to dine and the falls park. Also dine in the Tower restaurant, but make early reservations so...
