Pros: close to Clifton Hill (within walking distance), very helpful and kind staff, cute welcome bag, free parking.
Cons: no bathtub and shower was weak, paint falling off bathroom door, no garbage bin in the bathroom, remote was missing the back to it.

I personally was very disappointed in the hotel, it is a very basic room, I used the pillows from the 2nd bed to lay on the bed was very hard, there is no view of the falls at all their pictures are deceiving...they also charge you to park in their lot, go figure your paying to stay there and also paying to park??? The positive was that it was within walking distance to anything there and they give you coupons for some places to eat, their continental breakfast was not worth anything, my advice spend $50 more and go somewhere else
