We were VERY pleased with everything. The whole staff.. from reception to maintenance to hospitality, everyone was so helpful, kind, thoughtful, and always seemed happy to accommodate any request or answer any question. They were amazing with my children. The location was fantastic. We will DEFINATELY be staying here in the future. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay so fantastic.

Customer service was absolutely horrible, asked to speak with a manager over and over, manager was available but then all the sudden not. Was apparently charged the wrong price at check in amd then the lady at the desk called and said she was going to preotherize my card for more money after admitting it was her mistake. She argued with me over and over and over before telling me I could be evicted for leaving my 19 year old son in the room while I ran out to get things. I asked for my mo ey back, j didn't want to stay in this motel anymore, she finally agreed and I checked out after a sh9rt hour of BS. Manager will be contacted if I can get a hold of one, they don't seem to be around to talk to as I did ask several times to speak with a manager instead of arguing with this young lady at the desk telling me I was wrong about everything and pretty much calling me a liar!!…

March 24th – 26th, went on booking.com to look at rooms and came across The Falls Hotel and Inn and found a hotel room that suited our needs (a nice hotel room that was advertised as available), clicked on it to book, went through the motions of reservation. When we received the confirmation, it states “Exterior entry Courtyard room” this is not what was on the website! Showed up and yes it was a motel room outside. Room was not too bad although there was no microwave, bedding did not smell fresh and a lot of stairs to get up with luggage.

Our room was a typical hotel room, but very clean. Beds were comfortable with nice white linens. Location is excellent and would be perfect if taking in the attractions. Parking on site and there is a restaurant, although we didn’t use it. Good hotel for the price

Enjoyed everything about our stay, staff, location, room and very comfortable beds. Liked the casino coupons we got every day. Enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was to cold for us. Would recommend The Falls Inn and Hotel.

Why pay for the view when u can stay with in walking distance to all the attractions and just a 10 minute walk to the the falls themselves! Bed was super comfortable, jetted tub was wonderful, will definitely be staying again!

This place was great. We reserved a king size bed and hot tub room. We were an hour early and our room was ready. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was 408 overlooking the courtyard. Spacious and inviting. A towel heart swan greated us in the bed. Room hot tub was great. Pool was cool but refreshing and pool hot tub relaxing. Sauna was out of of order. Hotel was super quiet but we were there mon-wed in march (no NOT March break). Room attendant was nice to talk too. In room had a microwave,fridge and coffee maker w some pretty good coffee! Location awesome. Parking cost reasonable 30 for 2 days especially st the too of clifton hill

Location was perfect, the rooms and pool was clean. Clifton Hill, Tim Hortons, Star Bucks and other restaurants were all walking distance. Worth the price paid for a short family trip to Niagara Falls.

If I understood what “tower” rooms meant when I was booking, I would’ve spent the extra bucks to stay there instead of the courtyard rooms. The bathroom door had a whole partially punched in it, and there was a lot of dirt and grime on the door, especially around the knob. A good wall/door wash is desperately needed.
