The best thing about this hotel was the falls view rooms. I was overall disappointed. We were surprised to find the prices so low and decided to book as we had always thought this was a higher end hotel. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed. Pros: - the views were spectacular. It was nice being able to see the falls at all times. We could also see the lights at night. Normally we always close the blinds at night but I couldn't bring myself to do it here. I loved falling asleep to the falls. - the staff were nice. Jonathan at check in was great. -room. The room was a pro and a con. It was clean and very spacious. There was a cute little fire place, a sitting area and of course floor to ceiling windows. The beds were very comfortable and we had no issues sleeping. Unfortunately we were just underwhelmed by the decor. We were expecting to be taken away by how nice it was but it was just ok. Cons: - the parking was ridiculous we know parking is expensive in niagara. The price wasnt the issue. First, it was really confusing because Jonathan at the front desk said we had in and out privileges. However when you get to the garage it tells you everywhere to bring your ticket to the front desk. After we got to the hotel we kept trying to get to the front desk but the lines were huge. We just wanted to get to a grocery store to pick up some snacks but decided to try later. We also found out later that you dont have to bring your tickets to the desk as they know your liscence plate number so you can indeed leave whenever without having to worry. So confusing. Also, the walk from the Sheraton to the garage was far. Half our trip was walking to and from the garage -.-. - bugs. Yes there were bugs near the window which is understandable. However at about 6 am my fiance went to the bathroom and killed a huge bug. He thinks it was a cockroach. Unfortunately I cannot verify for sure as I only saw its squished remains. I can verify that it was big and looked like it had wings. We would have gone down to complain but we had no evidence. For some reason we always have horrible luck with beds in Marriott properties. -pool. The pool was kind of dirty and gross. It was also smaller than I expected and no hot tub :(. Also there was a 10 person limit so it was hard trying to find time to go. We managed to go on Saturday around 2pm. After about half an hour about 6 grown adults came in with a baby. Only one was swimming. Then a family with 2 kids. We decided to leave to let the family with kids enjoy their time. -noise. This really isnt the fault of the hotel. Just selfish people who dont care about others. One night at about midnight we heard kids running and screaming. It didnt last too long thank goodness. In the morning we could hear men talking rather loudly. Also we could hear the room above us slamming their juliette balcony door. -bathroom. For the most part the room was very clean. However the bathroom had white stains on the walls. Probably from toothpaste (I hope). They probably shouldn't have carpeted/material walls. Honestly I wish I could have rated this hotel better as we expected so much more. The only thing we loved was the view. Unless the price was really good and they did something about the parking, we probably wont be back.

Checked in after waiting in lobby for 20minutes. Unacceptable how many people waiting in the lobby with covid going on! Got the keys and gave them to my boyfriend and I went to work. Got back from work around midnight went up to the room for the first time myself and oh no!! Wallpaper peeling off the walls! Black circles on the mirror! Fridge made a loud buzzing ring and didn’t keep anything cold! The shower you could either shower outside the shower or adjust the head to spray the wall but not down! It was impossible to use! I went right down stairs and the man said to come back in the morning didn’t even hear what I had to say. I said I wanted it noted on my file I came down here at this time as it’s now about 1am. He said sure but didn’t touch the computer once! I went upstairs to bed. The next morning I come down and request to change rooms and I tell her why. No compensation given no sympathy nothing! It’s like the agent knew the problems the room had and just moved me to get me away from the desk. We move to the new room still as dated furniture and there’s no coffee maker!! The only option you have for coffee is Starbucks in the lobby where you pay 9$ a coffee!! We upgraded to the breakfast package for our last night. We go to the breakfast in the fallsview restaurant and they seat us next to a pole so we can’t see the fallsview disappointed!! I think it’s the only spot in the restaurant you can’t why even put a table there? Then we ordered the continental and the canadian breakfast. The continental came with fruit, four pastry’s and coffee or tea. Canadian a pastry, 3 eggs, home fries, bacon or sausage, toast and coffee or tea. But when we received our breakfast we didn’t get any fruit! And no pastry for the Canadian breakfast. The next time we saw our waiter he was putting the bill on our table. Couldn’t even ask him about the other food.... unacceptable! I’m very disappointed in this stay and the customer service I received.

Well as the world over drained by Covid. My husband and I made a trip to what you use to be a favorite hotel. We were so looking forward to spending time relaxing, getting a massgae, soaking in a jacuzzi, in a beautiful room. Disappointed with our room, finding the dresser and night stand dusty (during covid times) you look more at things like that. Expect it to be cleansed properly! Anyway, we went for our massage at the spa. The best massage ever!! Came back to our room to get the wifi set up, in short it did not work and calling the front desk, when they finally answered, was no help. So I decided to soak in the jacuzzi, which also did not work Once again calling the front desk. After finally getting someone to answer, they said they would send someone up .After waiting and waiting and starting to stress, (which I came there to destress) I marched down to the lobby. I could not find anyone to help with service problems, so I asked the girl at the front desk for help. She let me know that she had people to check in and I would have to wait. I asked isn't there someone that can just help me with the problem I was very rudely told." I would just have to wait." Really starting to stress since we had reservations for dinner and I wanted to just soak in a tub and relax, (once again the whole purpose for going there) I was so disheartened. I have in the past loved this hotel and the service, but since its take over, what a shame! So I finally was served and just asked for a different room Once again, very rudely dealt with was given one. My husband and I were so upset, we both agreed we will not return. When I checked out and told our situation, thinking they might compensate us for the bad taste in our mouth. We were told a very cold. "That's too bad!" So will we return "NO". Will I recommend" NO" It replaced my wonderful memory of our last stay...Thank God for Massimos restaurant saved the day!! Shout out to Rowen.

It’s the time of year when Niagara Falls has the light show at the park along the Falls. The downside is that you will need a hotel to stay overnight and my humble recommendation would be the Sheraton. It’s about location, location, location. Once I’ve checked in and parked my car, I don’t need the car keys again until I checked out – it was that simple. Anywhere I wanted and worth going was within minutes of walking. By the way, the hotel cost at this time of year was a no-brainer. A great hotel with a great view, a great comfy bed at a great price. Try it at least once!

Room was spacious for a family of 4. Love the amazing view of the falls and the fireplace was cool. Location was great! Walking distance to everything you need. We walked along Clifton Hill and towards the other side of the falls. Starbucks at the hotel lobby too.
