The view of the falls is about the only plus. We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our RUBY wedding anniversary, but wished we hadn’t. The bed room was depressing! It had old worn stained brown carpet on the floor! There was no safety deposit box in the room, the curtains were grubby, and hanging down having come off the track at the far end. The bathroom had a glass pain sliding door. It didn’t match the rest of the bathroom. Door handle was dirty as was the glass! How can this be a 4* hotel? After we checked out, we had a 2 hr wait for our transport, so we thought we’d indulge with a couple of alcoholic drinks, as you do on holiday…no chance at this hotel! The bar didn’t open until 4pm! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH on this establishment.

The view of this hotel was amazing. It is really close enough to everything that we walked everywhere, even though I really didn't want to leave the room ! We had the breakfast buffet every am and it was bountiful .The reason I m giving the hotel a 4 was because of their EV charging. While the hotel has 8-10 chargers they are the SLOWEST ones available a level 1. To use the spaces for more than a coupe hours they wanted to charge valet parking fee ($59 vs $39 plus the outrageous taxes ) Well for a couple hours the car got only 10 KM so clearly not worth the extra $ They need to invest in at least L2 chargers, typically called destination chargers

Such an amazing visit to Marriott On the Falls! Friendly staff, amazing view and very clean. We came for our 9 year anniversary and everything about our stay was great. Close to amenities and the view was more than we could ask for! Would come back again :)

The beds and blankets were incredibly comfortable! The room was spacious and clean. The hot tub was warm and the pool was clean. But let's be real, the view was the real winner here! Every morning waking up to sunrise behind the falls from the 29th floor. Every night going to sleep watching the falls changing colors. It was absolutely beautiful. Unbeatable location. Highly recommend the WeGo for getting around from here as well.

We stayed here end of October with a teenager and parents. Excellent check in experience. Front desk was always kind, courteous and informative. Our room was perfect - a Fallsview room with a senate sitting area and pull out sofa with a tv. The concierge lounge is open 24/7 which is nice with sodas, water, a coffee machine and snacks. Bar has live music on weekends. It’s walking distance to the casino and to the funicular to take you down to the falls. Tons of restaurants just steps away. With our Marriott status we had breakfast every morning in the restaurant which is amazing and so full of everything you can imagine. Steve the server there was super. We really enjoyed our stay. I don’t know what you could possibly complain about here? Totally amazing experience and worth the money to get a Fallsview room.…

Lovely vista to see the falls. I was happy that the breakfast room looked over the falls and we could see the mist rising in the sunlight. Hotel was well sited for walking to activities in the town and country.

I am now in the room. It's Monday and no many people are around in mid-October. This hotel is at the end of a row of hotels, a bit isolated. The first impression - the valet service - was excellent. Then it went downhill. The hotel inside is barebones; horrible check-in experience (no information about how to get online, or where and when breakfast is, or gym or pool, no acknowledgement of what items I wanted in the room which was booked on the hotel's website as a Gold Marriott member - extra towels, and nothing else of what I asked for was provided; the person at the counter looked irritated and just sent me away with my room card). The hotel in common living areas on each floor is not heated. It's freezing getting out of the elevator. Our room heater was not working either. When we called, they sent the repair persons. Those came pretty fast, checked it and said: the heater pipes were "off." After they switched them "on" and left, it's still barely warming the place up may be to 66F on 83F setting on full blast with very noisy fan. No one followed up to check how the temperature is now, if we are comfortable. At the information desk, no concierge on duty ("variable" hours - this is, mind you, in a touristy spot), so you will wonder around asking for things and services by yourself. I have an impression they are saving money on their heating, on their personnel, on toiletries, on whatever they can, hoping we wouldn't care once we see the Falls and have the view. There are many hotels with the same view - the other Marriott, Embassy Suits, Hilton, Sheraton, etc., all in the same area. Take your money elsewhere. We gave up on trying to deal with the hotel and just enjoying our one night with this beautiful view. …

My and my wife were supposed to arrive on the 11th oct but we missed some flights. After hours spent on airports, we arrived on the 12th oct at 09:00. They were kind enough to still give us the room, serve breakfast and they added a complimentary check-out at 14:00, to allow us a few hours sleep. Thank you for that, your kindness is much appreciated. The hotel is excellent, with amazing views over the Niagara Falls.
