I was having a hard time deciding between which hotel to stay at for a long-weekend getaway - such a hard time that when I went to book all of the options I had chosen were sold out! So, it was suggested that I check out this hotel and I'm SO glad I did! This hotel is the last one on Fallsview Blvd and it has a GREAT view of the top of the falls (depending on which room you're in). We opted to stay in the Jr. Presidential Suite and were completely spoiled with the amount of space and the view. The room - The room was extremely clean, HUGE, and well-appointed. Due to COVID (I think) there were no utensils or serving dishes in the room but the staff was more than happy to bring us anything we needed. There were two separate sitting areas, a dining room, a kitchen, the bedroom was a separate room and a huge bathroom with a very clean jetted tub. I have a thing with using public pools/tubs and I felt REALLY okay using this one :) The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep the three nights we were there. The hotel - The hotel was really empty (likely due to COVID and late in the season). There were 4 elevators, we were on a low floor (621) which I think helped when needing to get to our room. On Saturday the hotel got busier and elevators were a little harder to come by. There was a Milestones in the hotel, a Starbucks and also another restaurant I believe. The Milestones prices seemed pretty average, the Starbucks prices were ridiculously high so we didn't go back there again. Parking was a little expensive but is expected when visiting a major hotel in a major tourist area. The parking was easy and just outside of the hotel leaving us really easy access to our car when we needed it. The view - The view was AMAZING - we had full panoramic windows that wrapped around the end so we had a view of each angle. You see the falls from the top so you see all that water flowing over the edge. At night when the falls are lit up, it's beautiful! Getting around - it's a bit of a walk to get to the falls or Clifton Hill, etc. for someone who doesn't like to walk. We both love walking so we walked everywhere. Included in our stay were complimentary WEGO passes that we could have used for the bus but we didn't. Seemed like the bus ran often and would get you anywhere you need to go. Staff - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and really made our stay that much more enjoyable. During these 'interesting' times of COVID you are really putting your trust into places if you go to stay and we felt completely comfortable the entire time with the rules and cleaning. The only things I would say weren't 'ideal' were: - in the bathroom, the light is either on or off which means it was really bright when trying to enjoy a relaxing bath. Having a dimmer or a different light would be a nice touch. - the shower took a while to get hot but I think it's just because there weren't many people in the hotel, not a big deal just had to wait a bit for it to warm up. - there was no light over the kitchen so preparing anything after dark was a little dark Again, these aren't complaints just making mention. Other than those three things I would HIGHLY recommend this room (621) if you're hoping to stay this close to the Falls. We absolutely loved it and if we're back will ask for the same room. Thanks so much to EVERYONE at the hotel who made it such an amazing, safe and wonderful little getaway for us.

Our hotel room was clean and had a great view Two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed myself and two teens that came with me feel comfortable. The check in was efficient thanks to Anna (I think she is from Ukraine) who assisted us with all our quastions and was extremely polite and understanding (important in COVID stressful times) Highly recommend the hotel and big thank you to Anna

Marriott on the Falls is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, and very clean! We chose this hotel because of the view, and it was well worth it. Jasleen at front desk was amazing, and it's because of her we truly got to enjoy Niagara Falls! The only downsides I have were parking, and that we got moved to a room that smelled like smoke. The parking lot is not as big as it should be for the size of this hotel. There were no spots left after we got back from Clifton Hill at around 10-11 PM. Niagara Falls is a tourist city, but I did not expect parking to be so hectic. Additionally, we got moved from a lovely king suite on the 20th floor, down to the 18th for three days. Everything was perfect until the bathroom started to smell like smoke during my shower. I knew it right away as I grew up with a parent that smoked. I had to get housekeeping to spray it with freshener numerous times, but the smell would eventually come back and linger. I don't know if this was from a previous guest or if the ventilation fans are connected to other rooms. As a former housekeeper, I know guests tend to rebel when it comes to rules against smoking. It was very unfortunate, and it slightly ruined my experience because I'm extremely sensitive to the awful smell. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. I had a great time, and always looked forward to sleeping at night!

The hotel is very clean and was very safe in terms of Covid-19. Really enjoyed our stay. Michele at the front desk deserves credit. She was a true professional with attention to detail and ensuring our stay was perfect!. Hard to beat the views.. Get a high room.. The direct falls view is INSANE. Kudos to Michele!! Customer service in my opinion is the intangible that you will always remember.

Very efficient service; when asked for anything, it was promptly brought to the room; clean towel, coffee machine, toiletries, etc. There is no room service; you make your own bed since they will not come into your room during your stay under pandemic times. We stayed 5 days/4 nights in a premier room very spacious with table and 4 chairs, fridge, an alcove with minuscule screened window to hear the roaring falls and breath the misty air. The banquette sofa is uncomfortable and oddly situated. The waiting time for the elevators is ridiculous considering the hotel was not at full capacity. We were given 4 vouchers that included 2 complimentary wine/beer and free WEGO bus passes. If you feel an item is missing, just ask and they will deliver such as; microwave, coffee machine. A big tub separates the bathroom to the main living area with no privacy. it is a personal preference. Hand sanitizer available at elevator lobby but not on each floor elevator. Self parking is next to the hotel premises and is 35$/day. Milestone and Starbucks restaurants were open. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe.
