Our room had two very comfy queen beds, it was clean, quiet, and the front desk staff was very accomodating. They also allow dogs for those bringing their pets, which is convenient for some. the views are not really there but it is close to everything. As all hotels in niagara parking is at a premium (17.95) and the tourism...

This place is the worse place a person could stay every person including the maid was rude she even swore at me. Paid for a view and first got stuck looking at the pool! I would not recommend this place to anyone. EVER!

Door did not close on its own, you had to make sure that it was shut. The first few times that I went in/out the door was still open. Stayed two nights and the bedding was not changed. Cobwebs in the hall way near the back entrance. I didn't think that you should have to pay to park. Yes land...

Unhappy with parking, had a bug in our room. Food was great, bar service great other than we were told we could take our beverages to our room and the bartender threw out my wife's glass of wine. When she told me we were back in our room.

Great location...walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Wonderful restaurant. Courtyard room needed some updating. Bathroom was not very clean. Pool is small but nicely kept and clean. Staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel in the heart of downtown Niagara. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the washroom was very impressive. It was nice seeing dogs everywhere. If you're travelling with your pet, this is the place to go to. Would definitely come back.

Great hotel. This the place we like to stay every time we come to the Falls. Our room was great, with an electric fireplace, beds are comfortable. We always enjoy having a nice meal at the restaurant in the old stone inn, food and service is always great and a nice romantic old world ambience. We will continue to come...

Travelled overnight to Niagara, and stayed here...looked pretty and quaint in the pictures online, and we weren't disappointed. The decor was lovely - cosy, warm and welcoming...the rooms were nice and large (admittedly we were upgraded, which was an unexpected treat). I have to say though, with just a little more attention to detail, then this hotel could really raise...

The hotel was not worth the fee. It was not very boutique. The sink had rust on it and the water would change from hot to cold and from cold to hot. I've stayed at other hotels in Niagara that was better quality. The decor was nice in the lobby, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfy.

Enjoyed our stay, but left feeling that with a few small changes this could be a fabulous stay. Room was small, but that was OK - having a TV with bad reception and limited channels on New Years Eve was not OK...people came to look, said damn and told us they would have to call Cogeco - we knew it...
