Enjoyable stay. Paid more for the Executive Suite which guarantees Fallsview. It includes a living room area w/ a pullout couch. This area looks out to the falls and can be closed off by double glass doors. The view is incredible! We knew due to COVID restrictions all public spaces were closed (spa, pool, store, dining in at restaurants). We enjoyed a night walk by the falls, ordered room service, watched a movie and stared out at the falls all night. Restaurant Morton’s is very pricy but we didn’t mind supporting it. Starbucks is about double the price (breakfast sandwiches are $9.95 + tax). Parking options are valet ($50/night + taxes and tip) or you can self park down the street for $35/night + tax. Overall, great stay and would return here. Just a few small details: the hotel is well kept and clean but our bathroom showed signs of wear and tear and if your neighbours are loud, you will hear them. We had an excited family with very happy children stay beside us. Based on pictures, we thought we were getting a jacuzzi tub but didn’t. If this is important to you, book directly with hotel to request it. These things didn’t spoil our stay but it may for someone else. All staff we dealt with were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Again, would book here again.

Booked this getaway last minute for a quick break. Overall the experience was very disappointing for the price. The weekend package was booked by an agent through Expedia and they accidentally booked us a “breakfast included” reservation even though which we had not requested but since we booked it that day we could not change it. On the way there we called the front desk to enquire about parking and were told parking was an additional $25 to self park at a neighbouring Marriott across the street. When we arrived we asked if we could get free parking instead of the breakfast option that was included in our package. She checked with the Manager and said we could have a $40 credit towards the parking which didn’t seem fair since the breakfast package was $72! So we decided to try the breakfast the following morning. Since the restaurant was closed due to Covid restrictions we asked how that would work since the usual buffet was not available. We were told by the front desk agent that we go to the restaurant and order “whatever we want” and they will prepare it and take it back to our room. She said don’t order it thru room service or we would be charged an additional 18% gratuity. Well it was a very limited menu which still has an $18% gratuity added on that we were told by the front desk that we would only have to pay if we ordered room service. Breakfast was just okay as by the time you take it back up to your room it was just lukewarm and lukewarm eggs with soggy Burnt toast is not very appealing. I will post a picture of the breakfast so you can see the poor quality. Needless to say we did not do the ‘breakfast included’ option which costs a minimum of $11.00 automatic gratuity added the following morning. When we checked out we found out that parking was $35 per night to self park, not the $25 we had been told over the phone. In the morning when we went to leave the hotel our car was covered in an inch of ice from the falls mist, not the hotel’s fault I know, but when you have paid $35 a night for parking plus taxes it was just another disappointment. We have been loyal Marriott customers for many years and we’re looking forward to a lovely little getaway but we will stay elsewhere next time we go. It just seemed liked we received a lot of misinformation and did not see the value for what we paid.

My sister was here from England and we had a mid-week getaway with my adult daughters to see the Falls and the lights at night. To our surprise, our room had been upgraded from a falls view room to a superior falls view room and the view was spectacular. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Room 2228 is a definite for our next visit to Niagara. Due to Covid lockdown we had to order takeout and eat in our room. At our request the staff provided us with an additional armchair and table and the 4 of us ate our dinner looking out at the falls. We wouldn’t have gotten a better view at any restaurant. We enjoyed the on-site Starbucks for our breakfast and again had the lovely view from our window. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and our visit was more pleasurable than we could have imagined. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for helping us to create a fabulous memory.

We stayed in 2320 & 23021 Jan 3-5. The gentleman at the reception initially did not understand what rooms we requested. When I returned & enquired about it, a lady who just started her shift promptly found what we wanted and rectified it. Besides that, the scenery from the hotel were great as usual.

Stayed for two nights over our honeymoon. Our room was modern and looked fresh - it had a great view right over the falls, which matched the photos on their site. Also had a hot tub bath and shower, which was nice. I would have given the hotel 5 stars, but the staff were incredibly grumpy, to the point of rudeness. Special mention for 'Elvis' on reception who clearly hates dealing with the public and was incredibly surly on the two contacts we had with him. Other than this it was a good hotel.
