Great location, walking distance to everything. Room had 3 beds which was perfect for a family of 5. Parking is free on their off site , but very close lot.. would have given it a 5, but room was humid , tolerable though , and pool was super cold. Spent most of our time off site so those issues were small. Definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Booked via Expedia and got a great rate. This is a very popular hotel and apparently renovated as well so you'd be wise to book early if possible especially if it's during a busy period. I booked a jr suite and found the room to be comfortable overall. I read plenty of reviews prior to booking and comfort level re: beds, linen, amenities etc. tend to be highly subjective so all I'll say on the matter is that the room was more than adequate for our needs. I didn't get the upper floor room I requested but that's a minor point that in no way affected our trip. The $12.99 breakfast offered was standard fare but the staff was above & beyond courteous. In fact, all the staff we came into contact with were courteous and helpful. And unlike prior reviews I read both elevators were working when we visited. One thing I'd like to mention in particular is the bathroom shower. I'd probably return to this hotel for the shower alone. Separate standing rain shower and a hand held height adjustable shower head with excellent water pressure and accurate temperature adjustment. Not trying to sound like a commercial but yeah... GREAT shower. Honestly, the location alone makes this hotel worth your consideration - plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, a currency exchange next door and one of the closest hotels to Clifton Hills with more shops and family friendly activities & the Falls just a few blocks in the distance. Needless to say, I enjoyed my stay here. Hope you will as well.

1st off do not listen to negative comments about this place because we were here 6 nights and loved every minute of our stay! To each their own I'm sure but we are the kind that sit back and enjoy our stay/vacation and not nit pick every little thing at places because we all know that sometimes things do not always go right. We arrived on Sunday, June 29th and left Saturday, July 6th. Finding the hotel was easy, and check in was a breeze! We paid $12.50 per day and parked on site of the hotel. Better than most rates of a one days parking in the area! They do offer free parking about 2 blocks away (behind the hotel) but it is in a gravel parking area and we didn't want to risk gravel being slung up on our vehicle. We were on the 5th floor, we could see some of the American falls from our window. We had 2 queen size beds, and a pullout couch. There was a desk, flat screen TV, refrigerator, a coffee maker, a night stand, an alarm clock, closet with iron and ironing board, a safe lock box, and lots of space! The room was perfect! Very Clean!! The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were perfect! We slept great each night!! The bathroom was plenty big, and yes the towels were a little small but they did the job, and they smelled clean! We loved the rainfall shower, and the water pressure was always good! I have to give a Big Thanks to Karen, our cleaning lady for the time we were here!! She was AMAZING!! She made sure we had everything we needed each day! Very Friendly and Always Smiling! We did visit the pool/jacuzzi area during our stay and each time it was very nice and refreshing! Clean with plenty of pool towels! We did eat breakfast here one morning, it was good, and had most anything anyone would want at a pretty decent price! Service was Great! Elevators were on point each time we needed one! No complaints at all with the elevators! I honestly probably could go on and on about how GREAT and AWESOME our stay was! It was SO close to EVERYTHING!!! We walked to all the attractions in the area!! We can't wait to go back, and would HIGHLY Recommend anyone to stay here! If you are looking for comfort, location, and great rates look No Further! This is your place! :)

Lot of great things to say about this place, so, I'll start with the negative to get those out of the way. If you want the internet, this is definitely not your place. Could not get on the internet for more than a few moments around 12:30 AM. Called the front desk and the guy said "yeah, it's probably from all the people trying to get on--try forgetting the network and trying later." Really?! So, yeah, they may advertise "free internet" but it is basically false advertisement. Only other negative about the place was that the breakfast buffet was expensive. Now let's get to the good stuff: Excellent view--can totally see the American falls from the window, also, have incredible view of the activity going on below on the street. Really nice. Cleanliness--gotta admit that it's no easy task to keep a place clean during an unusual heat wave. But the rooms were clean (we had 2 rooms and a suite amongst all of our family) and they were kept that way during our stay. Location--If you are thinking about whether to stay here, just know that you will be in the middle of the tourist-trap area of Niagara. Long story short that means you are just a short distance from all kinds of food and stores--honestly, it's a great location. You can get to the American Falls in about 6 minutes, and the Horseshoe falls in about 15-20--depending on your pace. Parking--To park on location, you'll have to pay per night... I don't recommend that option for 2 reasons, 1) it is not covered parking, 2) they have a free lot about 1.5 blocks away that you can park in. The free lot is well lit and next to a business but is a private lot--owned by the hotel. Once you park, you are free to come and go throughout your stay--we never needed to go back to the cars once during the whole trip. So, save some money and ask for the free parking. Room Location in the hotel--all of the rooms are a very short walk from the elevators--seriously, like 20 steps or so from the furthest room away from the elevator. Very well laid out.

I chose this place because, at the time, it was the highest rated place in Niagara Ontario. From the pictures and the price we paid, I was expecting a top-notch place. It was not that. This place appears to be a former Motel 6-type that tried to upgrade to a luxury boutique hotel, but didn’t quite succeed. The lobby is small. The elevators (one of which was not working) are small. Nothing is grand and sweeping; it’s just a decent average place. The good: -The location is close to the Vegas-style Clifton Hill activities, if you want that. (If you don’t, you’re across the street from go-kart racing and carnival-style noise.) -The rooms with king beds are not cramped, and the furniture is relatively new. -The pool and hot tub appear to be upgraded. -There is a rainfall-style shower head in the bathroom. -If you found a parking spot, you can keep it until the afternoon the next day. The bad: -The whole place needed a good vacuuming. There was debris in the lobby, the hallways, and the corners of the rooms. -Onsite paid parking, on a high-season Friday night, was seriously overcrowded. We only got a spot because someone else pulled out. (I don’t know where they put that person when they got back.) -The walls weren’t soundproof at all: At 6 am, we could hear every word from the kids next door, which meant they could hear us, too. Not romantic. -The breakfast buffet appeared to be free (at the time of this writing, there was no signage, no menus given, no prices posted, etc.), but was not. This was a rude awakening, because it is on par with Hampton or Best Western breakfasts: Fine if it’s included, but disappointing if you actually have to pay for it. Hopefully, they remedy this. -No tub, if you want one. -Forgot your toiletries? Most places provide the basics at the front desk for free, but here, you can buy them in the vending machine in the basement. We stayed at a variety of hotels in NY, Niagara, and Toronto on our trip, and this one was the most expensive, and most disappointing. We won’t be back.
