Hotel's Favorite
Clean hotel. We were in a Whirlpool King which was huge as clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled awesome. Pillows were too soft although there were six of them which made it better. The Whirlpool wasn’t strong so not as enjoyable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. WIFI worked great. Such a perfect location for nice restaurant, quick eats and shopping. Nice size mini fridge. Was a little noisy with parents allowing their kids to run and scream in the hallway as they were coming and going.

Had a great trip to Niagara Falls with family. Kids really enjoyed the great activities at the best western cairn Croft hotel. Could have easily spent our time at the pool, play area and arcade and not even left the hotel.

The courtyard has everything you need, pool, hot tub, restaurant, lots of sitting areas with lounge chairs. Excellent location, the room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Front desk was pleasant when we arrived. We will definately be back.

This hotel is clean and service very friendly. The room was immaculate. We loved the courtyard room access! We had a ton of fun and would 100% return. The amenities for the children are wonderful and keep them busy the whole stay! No kids saying “I’m boooored” around here let me tell you!

I am always looking forward to spending time here to rest and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I’m very impressed with how you are treated by front desk staff. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were most accommodating. Food was great! I loved the decor and fireplace made it cozy. I will definitely return.

Went here for some family fun. We have a 3 year old and 8 year old. The hotel was nice. Fun things to do. HOWEVER, if you're with little ones expect them to be awake until about 10pm because the courtyard is incredibly loud! Kids screaming. Adults yelling. It's not quiet AT ALL. For this reason alone we will probably never be back.

Our team stayed during a tournament in the area, the pool/courtyard area was perfect for social, watching kids and relaxing. No extra charges for social rooms, the team wants to go back just for fun, even without a tournament.

lots if seating area around the pool to chat while the kids played in the arcade, amazing staff, ate at Docs atrached for a team lunch...everything went so smoothly and everyone had such a great time we return year after yeaf!
