After reading some of the reviews I was not excited to stay her, but I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised. Checkin was quick and easy. The young lady that helped us out was knowledgable and upbeat. Our sites were clean and well treed. It wasn't like going up north, no privacy at all, but there was plenty... More

We stayed for 2 nights in a rented 40' Trailer. The trailer was very clean and big enough for the 5 of us. Very little to complain about. The staff was very nice. A plus for small kids is when costumed characters come by and take time with them. The pool is free as well as the playground and a... More

Our family (2 adults/3 kids) had just spent 4 days in NYC and planned to spend 2 nights in Niagara Falls to “decompress” before heading home from vacation. We rented one of the brand new Ranger Smith Lodge and I must say, they are AWSOME. Lots of room and much nicer than getting 2 hotel rooms (a whole lot cheaper... More

I woke one morning to the sound of a tractor outside my pop top (7:00 am). At 7:15, they asked me to move my car. By 7:25, there were chainsaws cutting down a tree right next to my site (posted quiet hours are until 8:00 am). Saw dust rained down on everything. I asked if they could wait 15 minutes... More

I just booked a 4 night vacation at the end of July for my husband, myself and our 2 girls. Jellystone says my 2 girls are EXTRAS and charge me $24.00 for them. I very much take offence to my own kids being referred to as 'extras' at a FAMILY CAMPGROUND. I further question the explanation I received that many... More

Positives - 1. The staff was very friendly and helpful 2. We stayed in a brand new cabin that was very nice! Negatives- 1. It is a very small campground surrounded by chain link fencing. You can literally see across to the other side. 2. All the sites along one side back right up to a very busy highway. Not... More

This was only the 2nd campground I have ever stayed at, so I do not have a lot of reference points but this was a comfortable campground as far as I was concerned. The place was clean overall, especially the bathrooms, which are important. They were well maintained and spacious. Our RV lot was over by the playground and inflatable... More

I travelled here with a 5th wheel and stayed in pull through site 509. It was easy to find (go to exit 27 instead of where your gps says), level site with awesome water pressure, good electric and sewer. Everybody has fire pits and most have a grill grate on them. The staff were very friendly and had a smile... More

I wasn't expecting much from a city camp. I usually go to Provincial Parks. The staff was great and the washroom/shower the cleanest I've seen! Lots of kids activities. The pool was warm for May! The water slide was reasonably priced (15.00/day) but the quad pedal bikes were overpriced at 15.00/hr. Tent sites were very clean, and shaded, away from... More
