WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE HERE! MISS SAMIR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS AT OUR ARRIVAL. THE FOYER, THE HALLWAYS AND OUR ROOM WERE CLEAN AND THERE WAS NO BAD SMELLS. THE WATER WAS HOT AND THE WATER PRESSURE WAS VERY GOOD, NICE CLEAN FLUFFY TOWELS TOO! THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE COMFORTABLE. AND IT WAS QUIET ! ! ! THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS TIDY AND CLEAN, HAD A VERY GOOD SELECTION AND THE HOT FOOD WAS HOT! THE SERVERS WERE HELPFUL. THE PARKING AREA COULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED BETTER, ESPECIALLY THE SIDE WALK (GOING FROM THE COVERED AREA TO THE PARKING SPACES) AND MORE SALT PUT DOWN, AS IT WAS DIFFICULT GETTING THRU THE SNOW AND WAS SLIPPERY. Is very good place, room are clean bed is amazing..after 16h I sleep like a baby, own room temperature panel , staff is nice and helpful. Near is Wendy's and petrol station to get ur self some snack, Breakfast... if someone like sweet is perfect but I guess this is Canada..Marple and waffles everywhere which is nice thing. Free coffee and interest and work computer if you need it

It is a decent place for a short trip and you need to be near the airport. The rooms are clean but the breakfast spread is pretty poor (even by Canada standards). On the plus side, it is located within walking distance of a few restaurants and there is a Tim Horton adjacent to the hotel.

The place is clean organized and elegant. Our room had all what we need such as Macro, Iron, Fridge, sofa, office table and coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay there. The front desk lady and people in the dining area are friendly.

Manager has staff trained very well for the buisness traveller. They set me up in my preferred room type, in my preferred hallway 99% of the time. Sarah and Angel on the desk very pleasent attitude although I come in grumpy and stinky from work. Kiss (yes that is her real name) provides an excellent breakfast even though I arrive just as she is trying to close up. She even cooked me 2 omelets in 10 minutes one time when she was out and closed in 5 mins.
