I stayed at the Hilton. To be closer to my son for his I stayed for 4 days. During the 4 days. I didn’t have my room serviced at all. I called front desk to ask if they are coming to clean the room. Told me when I checked in that I need to ask for my room cleaned. Which is kinda crazy. During Covid. They don’t wanna keep it clean. Weird. The Ethernet cord didn’t work. I talked to someone at front desk. They said they will send someone. Next day lady calls me to say she needs me to stay in my room for them to check if my cord worked. It worked the first night and then stopped. So I had 3 night no internet to my android box. Reason I rented the hotel. For my son to watch shows when he came. Any myself to relax at night. Not only that the elevators where the buttons to press ur floor is dirty. Again during Covid. The lack of trying to clean. And keep the place clean is horrible. Never been to a hotel that I gotta request cleaning service in the room. Over all experience wasn’t good. Thought it was the Hilton. Location was amazing for me. But they could of made my stay bettterr. If a customer is telling u something is wrong. Why not just change it. It’s a Ethernet cord.

Hotel's Favorite
We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 8 years when going to a convention there every summer. Since the convention was cancelled this year due to the pandemic, we still wanted to stay there on the last leg of our Ontario road trip. The welcome was very friendly from the gentleman at the front desk, who recognized my husband as one of the past convention guests. The hotel was the same as ever, except the restaurant was closed and you have to book pool time in advance. The familiar rooms were clean and modern. It did feel quite dead and solitary without the usual convention crowds that we are used to, and we missed that feeling of vibrant energy and excitement. However, it was nice to have just a few people in the pool at any one time (sometimes we even had it all to ourselves). My only suggestions are as follows: 1. The outdoor pool was freezing cold and we just couldn't swim in it no matter how much we tried to get used to it; we just had to go to the indoor pool which was much warmer by comparison. 2. We went out to the outdoor pool area at night to walk around and then found ourselves locked out! We tried every door back in and none worked, so we had to go all around the hotel grounds, through grassy hills, avoiding sprinklers, and through the parking lot at night, to get back in through the front entrance. I appreciate it is done for safety reasons so non-guests can't sneak into the hotel, however, at least for guests with a key card allow them back inside through the main doors to the outside. Those are my only two complaints, which aren't deal breakers anyway, and of course we will return next year and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Mississauga!

I recognize that this hotel just reopened and Covid is still impacting safety decisions BUT, I chatted with an agent who assured me pools and waterslide would be open until 10pm. But pools closed at 8 and waterslide was not open at all. Management unable or unwilling to accommodate us at all. We left and went down street (900m) to the Residence Inn and swam in their pool which was open until 11pm. And we didn't have to pay for parking - which Hilton was charging $16+tax. We also got breakfast at the Residence Inn Sincerely a former Loyal Hilton Member, now a Loyal Marriott member

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was delightful! The perfect getaway for a girls weekend trip. Would definitely recommend for families or friends getaway.

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis, it is an excellent hotel and an excellent hotel chain, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I do feel that this hotel is a little over priced, especially the restaurant, but overall I have never been disappointed
