This motel has smoking rooms. Great prices. Extremely clean. McDonalds next door. Bakery, Subway and other food places across the street. Convenience store across the street. Friendly staff and management. Same management as The Queensway Motel but, Avenue Motel is much more classier although they are renovating The Queens. Internet, Cable TV, 4 pc. bath, mini fridge and microwave and...

I came to stay at this hotel for a night. The place needs a major fixing up or a bomb ! Everywhere is filthy dirty. Mold everywhere. Some of the staff are not helpful or friendly ! I was laying on the bed & started feeling things crawling on me & pricking me...some sort of parasite stays there too. Outlets...

When the police saw me pull into this motel, they pulled in after me and demanded to see my driver's licence. They claimed that only prostitutes and drug dealers use the place. I called the Staff Sgt. Peel Regional Police on why I was stopped when I had done nothing but turn into this place. He explained that they had...

I am a truck driver and this hotel was close to a place I was making a delivery in the morning. The price was good but it definitely could use an upgrade. Absolutely not a choice for a vacation. The room looked like it was cleaned just everything was old and run down. My biggest complaint was they either had...

I often come to the city for business and need an affordable place to stay. I have done lots of hotel research and the avenue is by far the cheapest hotel in the area. Yeah the rooms are not the greatest and some of the beds are pretty uncomfortable but what do you really expect for 70$ weekends and 60$...

I travelled to this motel with my fiancé just a couple of days ago because we were in town and I can tell you this review is not going to good. When we came in at around 3 the hotel was packed full of prostitutes and drug addicts taking advantage of the 40$ special. So there were 0 room, we...

My boyfriend and I paid 100.00 for both the deposit and the rate (70.00 rate- it was saturday) and 30.00 (for deposit) and all and all i have to say i had a pretty good time. The furniture in the room isnt bad, just...

Just spent 3 night there this week. The room had a few stains on the carpet but was clean. Clean towels every day, bed was made and everything was cleaned. Great location with everything within walking distance, nice restraunts, subway and even Mcdonalds. Would def stay there again. No hassles in or out.

$70 for a very shabby "non-smoking room" that stank of cigarettes. Rust and mould in the bathroom, stains on the walls, crusty carpets and bedding. Retro 1970's decor. A rip off!
