I stay at this property almost every week while visiting family in London, whether by myself or with my partner. We have never been disappointed. The service provided by the team at this hotel is second to none, from the front desk, to the restaurant & lounge team. Each time I check in, the staff always remember my name and welcome me like a family member. The cleanliness (including the new COVID-19 protocols) are very well executed, and I always feel safe, as the hotel and rooms are immaculately clean. Love this hotel, and it will continue to be my favourite choice in London!
Stayed numerous times and always amazing staff, felt very comfortable the entire time. Would not go to any other hotel in London. The whole staff was great, the restaurant and bar has great food and amazing service. Thank you for everything!
I stayed at this property for two nights while travelling on business. I used Bonvoy upgrade certificates and the room that I was assigned (226) was amazing. I was travelling with work colleagues and the extra space was excellent for what we need to accomplish. I had a slight mishap and locked myself out of the room one morning. Totally my fault. The staff were so responsive and quickly got me back into the room. The service at the restaurant was excellent, I wish that I had noted the gentleman’s name - but he was fantastic. The hotel is located in the downtown core. A short 10 minute walk will place you in the vicinity of several nice restaurants. I will definitely return to this property again when returning to London.
Stayed one night in July, stage 3 of the pandemic. Hotel managed the covid restrictions reasonably well – check in and out was efficient, staff friendly, room large, dated with shower in the bathtub. Room was stripped of coffee maker, glasses , hairdryer etc, ice machine out of service. No valet parking. Bar and restaurant both closed. Request for glasses and ice was quickly fulfilled. We got a very good price on what is normally quite an expensive hotel so were quite satisfied. Not sure if it would be worth the usual, much higher price. Downtown London is an interesting place, large number of homeless, not much activity at night, not thrilled at leaving the car a block away in a public lot, although it was fine. 7 Police cars and an ambulance responding to something outside the hotel the next morning.…
Spent two weeks at the Delta while on business trip in London. Excellent Stay as always regardless of the COVID Pandemic. Staff were super friendly and always available to assist when required throughout my stay. Gym facilities were available as was the pool. Very pleasant and relaxing experience. Love this hotel and all the staff that come with it!
