I just spent six wonderful days at the Duck Pond B&B. I love the fact you are out in the country. It is quiet and peaceful allowing you to get away from everything. The place is immaculate, the food to die for and the hostess very accommodating. One morning I stepped out and there are hawks and turkey vultures flying...

My husband and I spent two nights at this unbelievably wonderful Bed and Breakfast in Leamington. It is situated in a rural area and unlike other B&B properties this is a separate cottage which is tastefully decorated and immaculate. We looked out onto well manicured gardens, a pond with ducks and chickens (fresh eggs). Margolein our host was a warm...

We spent a very nice couples weekend at the Duck Pond B&B. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable suite as well as our hosts. The breakfasts made from all locally sources or home grown ingredients were definitely a highlight of our days there. An experience you don't get at a hotel. We will certainly be back.

Had a lovely stay at Duck Pond Bed and Breakfast. As others have said, and I agree, it is the best bed and breakfast at which I have stayed. I would describe it completely to you, but in all honesty, I say read no more and just book it and be pleasantly surprised. I will tell you it is immaculate...

My colleague and I stayed at the Duck Pond B&B while we were in town to photograph a wedding. It was exactly what we needed; the accommodations were private, clean, and super warm. Our breakfast was full of homemade breads and pastries, and delicious cooking. We were full enough that we didn't need to grab lunch! And our hosts were...

My wife and I have just recently returned from a relaxing holiday in Leamington. We were lucky enough to find the perfect accommodations in “Duck Pond Cottage”. We do not normally care for the idea of a B&B, staying in someone’s home and sharing their space, this was so different! We had a meticulously clean and beautifully decorated cottage all...

For our 26th anniversary we stayed at Duck Pond Cottage Aug. 10 to 12th. Staying in your own beautiful cottage right next to the main house offers privacy unparalleled to that of other B & B's, while still experiencing the hospitality of these friendly, very helpful and accommodating hosts. My husband was the contact for this booking and he failed...

We stayed for 2 nights at Duck Pond in Leamington. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, magnificent breakfast and spacious, tidy rooms; a lovely garden and terrace to relax in. Marjolein and her husband are wonderful and gave us all the information we needed. We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends & family! Roeland & Myriam

What a great spot. This is your own private cottage...calling it a "B & B" kind of undersells how awesome this place is. My husband and I normally really enjoy B & B's but we all know there's that rare occassion when things may be awkward (awkward guests vs. awkward hosts). This place has all of the perks of a...
