Bugs! Just don’t do it! We paid almost $400 for 2 nights and it was terrible. I didn’t expect much from a 2 star but but bugs all over and a room that smelled like smoke and a barn was unexpected. Staff were slow or didn’t answer at all. No maid service. You had to leave you dirty towels in the hallway if you needed new ones, then hope you got new ones before you wanted to shower again.

Hello D3874XZryand, thank you for sharing your experience. I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us and we were not able to meet your expectations. Please accept my apology. These insects are Elder Box Beetles and I just want you to know that the are harmless. Of course harmless or not they are unwelcomed! I only mention this so that hopefully I can ease your mind and you don't worry about "bringing them home" with you. We do spray in the spring and fall but for some reason this year they are the worst I have ever seen. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better accommodate you in the future.

Great place that we stopped on route to Quebec, right off highway 401. We enjoyed the unique "pancake machine" at breakfast, along with some cold cereal options, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The pool was nice and warm. The rooms looked like they had been redone recently, and were nice and clean. We ended up booking a second night here on the way back from Quebec, we enjoyed this hotel so much.

Conveniently located just off the 401. Plenty of local shops within walking distance. Plenty of parking onsite. Manageress Cassandra is super friendly and will do all she can to ensure you have a pleasurable stay. Rooms are on two floors and lift access is available. I found the hotel quiet and no noise from local traffic could be heard. Coffee available 24/7 in the lobby area even though there is a coffee maker in the room. Public areas are kept very clean. I stayed during two heavy snowfalls and the parking area was cleared the same day by plow. I would definately stay here again.

The manager Cassandra made our large group booking very easy. We were under strict security surveillance and were asked to retreat to our rooms even when quietly sitting in hallway, no children a few adults drinking coffee..... a little excessive. Breakfast.... plan something else - the grab and go was "ok" but the sandwich was not good. Pool was good, hot tub a little yellow for my liking. Rooms were nice and looked pretty updated. Great location for restaurants, gas, LCBO. Shoppers Drug Mart Dollar store ... all conveniences within about 1-2 minute drive

Hotel had a clean room, comfortable bed and clean washroom with good water pressure in the shower. Would consider staying here again if in the area. Also within walking distance of coffee and restaurants.

After a bad Airbnb experience, we fled to this oasis. in Kingston. It was lovely to soak in the hot tub, luxuriate in the comfortable beds and get pampered by the staff. It's very close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities, and just a couple of blocks south of the 401. We'll definitely stay again if we're back this way.

I've reviewed some hotels but this is the crap that gives the meaning of crap!!! First I'm handicapped so I need a special room so days before coming I called such hotel and warned them ahead!! Plus I called day of and told them I'd be late!!! When arriving I noticed the lot had been improperly plowed but I let that slide!!! But when I checked I had to go around the hotel to get to my room or walk through about 200 yards. When I got to the entrance not only was it not shoveled or salted people walking in and out have now caused an ice walkway!! I entered the premises slipping and almost falling!! Then when I complained to both the hotel and Wyndham I was met with refusals of anyone going to fix the problem until I spoke on the phone with management who told me she'd have the person on duty to put salt down I'm about to leave I sure hope the problems fixed, this is classified as endangering lives!!!!!! Second thing handicapped shower great chair good and strong water pressure sucked I mean I thought water was going in not coming out!!! LIKE I SAID MY FRIENDS CRAP CRAP CRAP DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! CRAZYBEAR OUT…

We did have the front desk agent go out and salt the walkway directly leading up to your vehicle. Additionally I have tested the water pressure in the shower and it seems to be functioning correctly. This hotel had a few points that were not so great (cold pool, hot tub with no bubbles, soft pillows) but they were minor things. Everything else was good! Check in was fast & friendly. The room was very nice, great beds & linens, nice bathroom, smart TV, spotlessly clean. We were on the first floor at the side and it was quiet, and handy to park the car right outside the room. The free wifi was decent. Didn’t try the breakfast, there are many restaurants nearby. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again.

Hotel room was A+, comfy bed, great linens and very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, although the ghetto air ducts and peeling paint were sadly underwhelming from the website picture Advertised "Breakfast included" was a basket of tangerines and mediocre coffee with lids that didn't fit the cups. After spending $250 a night, now I need to go buy my breakfast because 2 tangerines just don't quite fill me up.

After checking out several hotels in the same price range, my sister recommended Day's Inn as quieter and cleaner than other comparable hotels that were convenient for her location in Kingston. Also, I was pleased to find that Day's Inn offered a Senior's Rate which the others did not. I would stay there again.
