Great hotel to stay for large groups. Susie was so accomodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Well worth the money. The best part is that we had rooms 21 to 29, and no one can hear all the noise my kids were making. We were separated from everyone else. Perfect location too, with Timmy's close by but no...

I had an overnight stay in Kingston, and after stopping at several other motels in the area I finally found a place that was clean, and affordable. The room was spacious and warm, and the bed was so comfortable! I had a terrific undisturbed sleep, and in the morning I enjoyed a hot shower in the spotless bathroom. I would...

We stayed over during the huge Kingston hockey tournament and the place was full this weekend due to that event. It was perfect for all the kids as the tennis court had 2 hockey nets so the kids played there ALL day. Rooms are clean and service is great. It was the perfect spot for the kids and the parents...

When I'm on the road, I prefer to stay in budget-priced lodgings that are clean and well maintained but don't necessarily have a lot of frills. The Seven Oakes is a fine example of this kind of place. It's nothing fancy, and the decor and fixtures are a bit dated; but my room was very clean and offered a good...

My family and I were in town to see the Olympic Torch ceremony in Kingston. We were thinking about staying in a motel a bit closer to downtown, but finally settled here because of the affordable yet clean rooms. The drive downtown wasn't too long, about 15 minutes, but the price was worth it. The rooms were very clean and...

We came to Kingston totally by accident while traveling through Canada. There are a lot of 'brand' name places to stay in this town and they come at a high price. For less than half of what they were asking for their rooms, we had a very comfortable bed to sleep in. If you are a traveler who wants to...

We stayed 5 nights this past summer while sailing in Kingston. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is a quiet place and well-run. The rooms and cleaned daily. The room has a fridge, tv and air conditioning (and bathroom) as well as 2 double beds which were very comfortable. The pool was a great addition on the hot...

I was lucky to find out the 7 oakes motel while i was so exhausted at night. Home away home, never stayed a motel as clean and cozy as 7 oakes. The host was as kind as my aunt. I was soaked to the cozy bed liying on it. Really recommend this motel!
