We stayed here on the Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed our stay! Lettie and Denis are great hosts. We stayed downstairs in the room with ensuite. The family room with TV was appreciated. The location of this B&B is ideal because it is close to waterfront trails as well as the Cataraqui Trail, so is great for long walks. Also is...

About 5 minutes drive from the center, the home is entered from the rear as the address is on the main road. It is right across the street from from Lake Ontario and next to the Rideau trail head for pleasant walks. Our room on the first floor was clean and comfortable with the bathroom across the hall. The television...

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at de Haans B&B Sep 23-25, 2016. The de Haans, Lettie and Denis, were great hosts. Breakfast was great. And we met other very interesting folks from all over the place, including Germany and Switzerland. We would highly recommend it.

We stayed two nights with Lettie and Dennis in their lovely home. It was the perfect place for us just far enough out of the city to provide a relaxing base. Nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was excellent and all in all it was great value. If we're ever back in Kingston we'll definitely be staying again.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night in this B&B, which is great value for money. The location is excellent : a short drive from downtown Kingston in a quiet neighbourhood at the west end of town, with a view of lake Ontario from the livingroom. The guest entrance is at a dead-end street at the back of the...

This last trip was our 4th time staying with Lettie and Denis in their beautiful home. They're great hosts and Denis - being a chef - cooks up a great breakfast with Lettie having all of the perfect touches in place. Fresh fruit cup, muffins and of course Lettie's wonderful crab apple jelly. The location is great - in the...

We rented a room from Lettie deHaan for 3 nights at this very comfortable and immaculate B&B. Lettie is a superb hostess, and husband Dennis cooks tasty and filling breakfasts. For quality, convenience and charm, this B&B can't be beat. Located in the west end of Kingston (near a bus stop if you need transport) it's the best bargain in...

I had booked this B & B months previously, primarily due to it's location, As I was cycling in from Brighton, it's location West of Kingston was just what I was looking for. Received an email that my reservation was being cancelled with no reason given - very disappointing. To be fair another location was offered however further down the...

The house was beautiful and so clean. Lettie and Dennis were kind and very accommodating. The best part was the delicious breakfast Dennis cooked in the morning. (He just so happens to be a chef at an upscale restaurant in town!). Two thumbs up, can't wait to go back.

Our hosts and their lovely home were the best we stayed in in Canada! Lettie & Dennis were brilliant hosts who keep a spotless, comfortable home in which we were made to feel very welcome. Dennis cooked fabulous breakfasts during our 11 night stay. It is conveniently located in a safe quiet neighbourhood, close to the main road and good...
