Budget friendly motel, it was clean, the bed very comfortable, the room was a little small but it was fine for the night. It has a microwave and mini fridge. No problem checking in, we booked with Booking.com. Close to shopping, the mall was just up the road, This is not a luxury motel but fine for a short stay. Would... Keeping in mind that it's a motel, you get what you pay for. I considered it an affordable place to lay my head. No bedbugs, clean. Carpets are discoloured/old and water stains on furniture. Air conditioning weak. Staff, VERY friendly. I would stay here again.

We arrived to find that our reservation, which we called in weeks beforehand, was not on file. We had actually made the reservation on the phone, called back 4 days later to confirm and they didn't have it on file, so they took the information again. How do you make this mistake, twice? Having said that, the gentleman who checked... More

I had the good fortune of staying here earlier this month. I was in town for just one night, to attend a wedding. The place had a modest retro '70's charm about it. I found the reception and service warm, courteous and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. Great price, too. I can confidently recommend... More

We stopped one night to visit Kingston. Not a special place, but surely ok for the price, compared with other options. Acceptable double queen room and convenient to reach downtown. Air conditioning could be better, quite noisy. Owner/manager has been friendly and kind, provided suggestions about the city and also a discount coupon for the thousand islands cruise. Definitely ok... More

I booked a family room last minute before the long weekend. There weren't many other options available, so I cringed, booked the room and hoped for the best. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! The room was spotless, bathroom clean, towels and bedding white and fresh. No lingering smells in the room, no problems with wi fi, no issues with... More

A low end motel in Kingston. Rooms very outdated but inexpensive around $99. Friendly owner, close to restaurants. It is what it is...a place to sleep and shower>>> nothing fancy. Better attitude than Seven Oakes up the street.

When we checked in, there were two very nice and helpful people at the reception. And they helped the whole time we stayed at this place, because we had some problems. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We would come back to stay here. We even got 5$ Coupons for our 1000 Islands Boat Tour.

When we checked in, Jim, the hotel manager, was expecting us for a late arrival. He went to our room to turn on the a/c before we got there to make sure the room would be cool. It is a budget hotel and it's vintage (like a motor hotel from the 1950s), so there aren't lots of frills. Our 5-night... More

Jim went turned ac on before we arrived so room was very comfortable in temperature. Don't let the simple exterior mislead you. The rooms rival other major establishments! Good experience as always !!
