This hotel is still in the process of being renovated. It shows in the corridors that look somewhat shabby. The room in which we stayed, however, was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were pure heaven to sleep in. Everything worked, and worked well, including the heat and television. The young man at the reception desk, Leo, was extremely...

Check in was good check out the person could have had more personality than a slug. Room was good. Place is very outdated and needs to remodel. Very noisy with people coming into rooms and very noisy outside.

The room that we thought we booked, apparently there is only 4 in the whole place, and they weren't available, not sure why? Already taken or being update, we weren't told. So we were sent off to another room type of room that was still being updated. The front desk apparently has new staff, and seemed confused and less than...

Stayed here for a sport tournament over a weekend. Room was clean and recently updated but dont kid yourself ....its a motel. They built an indoor pool (still finishing construction) but its kinda small. Also, if your room is in the older part of the hotel, you have to walk outside to get to it. I feel like we paid...

We stayed with a ringuette team and it was fine. Room was nice but walls are thin and so noise (talking, showers, bathroom, etc.) from other rooms is very noticeable. Bathroonm needs uograding. Very loud heater in room that kicked in and out through the night. Very firm bed.

Found the ramada on Hotwire. Clean and comfortable hotel, with very friendly staff. The hotel is located very close to 401 highway, which is great for travelling. Probably the best wifi I've ever had in a hotel. Only complaint I would have is the 250 dollar hold for the room. I found it to be a tad steep for a...

The room in which I stayed in was tidy but the sheets were wrinkled, and paint was pealing off parts of the walls. It felt as though I was in a hotel in the slums, not the beautiful City of Kingston. I was very unimpressed. The person on duty that evening was also less than helpful!!

The good, the location was good, the staff were excellent as in friendly, and knowledge. The bad, I got locked out of the building that my room was located in and had to go back to reception to have them reprogram my room key so it would work, which was a bit of a pain considering I had my arms...
