This hotel is an awesome location! Right off the highway with loads of food and shopping options. You can walk to the outlet mall and several restaurants. Right next to movie theatre as well. Front staff on arrival and departure very pleasant. Rooms had fridge and microwave which is very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a bit busy if waiting for...

I only stayed for 1 night but I really enjoyed myself there. The rooms are great. Bed sheets are fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. Decent sized rooms. Bathrooms were spotless with a giant tub. Free breakfast us always a plus! Overall, the facility itself is great. What really made it an amazing stay was the customer service. Rob, one of...

My wife and I travelled to Kingston for a conference and needed a place to stay for one night. The mid-town Comfort Inn was closer to our destination, but we were warned off by bad reviews. So we chose to spend more and stay at the Comfort Inn at Highway 401. We were not disappointed. We were able to check...

We were driving late from toronto to Montreal and Kingston was the middle ground. We just needed a decent place to sleep and were happily surprised. All that was available at 2 am on the ground floor was a double double. The room was small but well equipped, but also very nice. And my favourite hotels ( the standard by...

The entry portal and lobby were undergoing a renovation when we visited, but our room was spacious, clean and modern! In fact, the room was so modern that it looked like it might have been recently renovated. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay; it was fairly sparse for someone who eats...

Thank you for your review. I am glad to read that overall your experience was positive. I am disappointed to hear that our breakfast didn't quite live up to expectations. We will be sure to use your feedback for future improvements to our breakfast offerings. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Th front desk staff was wonderful. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dust...kind of gross. The beds must be old because they are rock hard and squeak from age. The heating system is quite loud and the paint is worn off the dials so it is guesswork to set properly. The shower is positioned so it goes into...

The night before we stayed at Kingston ON, Comfort Inn, I made an online reservation for the wrong night. I called and the fellow working the front desk was very helpful and quickly fixed my problem. The room was clean and relatively quiet considering it is just off the 401 highway. It is within walking distance of many places to eat....

This hotel has the nicest staff of anywhere I have ever stayed. The people at the front desk both when we were checking in and checking out were so lovely and kind. I would give them 5 stars if there was a rating for that. The room was nice and clean for the most part. There was just one towel...

We stayed here on our way from Quebec to Tobermory. The front desk agents were friendly and helpful only downside is that there is no elevator to the second floor. You can pay more for a ground floor. Room and bathroom were good, beds comfortable and breakfast was good, bacon and eggs, waffles, pastries, juice and coffee. Overall good stay...
