In the hart Novello, a typical Italian "borgo", Barbabuc is the best place to spent few night! Is near to the famous wineries Barolo. The rooms are nice and cozy and at the restourant you can taste the true flavours of the typical Piedmontese cousine. Ask Rocco for his wize advice on what to taste from his beautiful sellar!

We have been visiting the region of Piedmont in NW Italy since 1994 and never stayed in Novello. Fortunately we took the opportunity to try their spring weekend package in June which was a great value. The hotel has a wonderful chef who can make Piedmontese specialties in a fresh way. The staff was friendly and attentive making the service...
