Large historic inn convenient to town, restaurants, attractions & the Annapolis River. Beautiful woodwork, hardwood floors, rugs & antique furnishings throughout. The owners are very friendly, attentive & eager to help you with reservations for activities or restaurant reservations. The inn is on a large property, nicely landscaped with nice areas to relax & enjoy the garden. Delicious breakfast served... More

We spent 2 nights in this lovely old Victorian as we explored family roots in Nova Scotia. It is beautifully and authentically decorated, with stately grounds that include a terraced small pond with seating among abundant summer flowers. The breakfast were beautifully presented, included fresh seasonal fruit, a choice of the main course, homemade breads and rolls, and coffe, tea,... More

What a gorgeous and well-cared for inn! The woodwork gleams and everything is very clean. Room #1 was spacious and comfortable and has as many modern amenities as could be worked into an old Victorian building. Lovely seating area by a bay window overlooking part of the garden. Delicious three-course breakfast served in a civilized manner, so don't be in... More

An interesting old building on 6 acres of somewhat unkempt gardens and natural wetlands. We stayed in room 2 which was large and comfortable. Lots of antiques and bad wallpaper throughout the house as you would expect from the exterior. Breakfast was ok, but seemed as though there were more guests than seating in the breakfast room. Somewhat more expensive... More

This is a great B+B. The owners are helpful and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do - thanks for the Candlelight graveyard tour tip! Excellent breakfast. Fresh banana bread, yogurt parfaits, crepes.... all very good. I worry about the price a little - perhaps a little high due to the area. But as I have... More

We arrived early, but Laszlo greeted us very graciously and offered us refreshments while the finishing touches were put to the room. Our room, #1, was gigantic, very clean, and elegantly decorated and included two extremely comfortable beds, large sitting area, ornate fireplace (not lit), cable TV, iron and ironing board, and en suite with claw foot tub/shower. We faced... More

What an absolutely lovely place. Meticulously decorated. Large very comfortable room - and bed. Breakfast was excellent. Owners obviously take great pride in the establishment. Loved the antique furnishings.

We stayed at the Queen Anne as part of a wedding. It's a small operation, but Kate and Laszlo and their staff provided an exceptional stay. Here's how... 1) Terrific service throughout. Kate and Laszlo were very busy with a full complement of guests plus the wedding, but they did everything possible to provide us a good stay. Laszlo went... More

Arrived 11pm. Owner greeted us and brought us to our room. A great room with large bath. A terrific breakfast served and friendly service. People here love doing this. Would return for sure. Parking easy and easy to find in town of Annapolis Royal.
