Beautiful old inn with huge rooms. Exceptionally well maintained and elegantly furnished. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. Annapolis Royal is a beautiful little town with a lot to offer and the Queen Anne Inn is the place to stay.

First time vacationing in Nova Scotia. The proprietors Kate and Lazlo are extremely helpful, energetic and easy to chat with. Both always have a smile on their face when they see you. Unit 8 is very spacious and has an air bubble tub and separate shower stall. Beatiful Victorian decor that fits the history of Annapolis Royal. Breakfasts were made... More

If you are looking for perfection, here it is. The location, condition, amenities, furnishings, hosts, breakfast - all perfect! This is a grand Victorian with a short walk to the village of Annapolis Royal, with its restaurants, galleries, and historical sites. Don't miss the candlelight graveyard tour or gardens ( both practically across the street ).

Kate and Laszlo who own and run this beautiful home are exceptional hosts. While I enjoyed the delicious 3-course breakfast in the dining room each morning, Lazslo was kind enough to bring my mothers breakfast upstairs to her as she was recovering from hip surgery and facing the grand staircase so early was not in the cards. They were so... More

Three story Victorian, jet tub, most comfortable bed in Nova Scotia, very warm and helpful inn-keepers and full, fresh and delicious breakfast....what's not to like. Inn is a short walk from gardens and downtown. Wifi was weak but adequate for email, etc.

Located across the street from the Historic gardens ( go there!!!) the Inn was grand and beautiful. It had great charm yet modern amenities. We spent some time in the Living room and the back garden as well. Kate and Laszlo were great hosts, helpful at every turn. The room was comfortable and beautiful and the breakfast was superb. The... This 152 year old home has been beautifully restored and modernized where needed. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. Kate is an amazing baker/chef. Each breakfast was three courses: baked item such as cinnamon rolls, scones, or banana bread, a dairy or fruit item and an entree. Yum. The Inn is... More

The house is old and beautiful We had a lovely, large room on the second floor. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a little tight. The breakfast room was large to serve multiple guests and we had the most delicious crepes! I didn't think I liked crepes, but owner and chef Kate has made me a believer! A... More

We stayed one night here as part of a CAT ferry package. We had never heard of Annapolis Royal. Everything about our visit was wonderful (including the weather). This inn has the perfect combination of old and new. Old: Victorian furniture, wall coverings and lighting fixtures. New: bedding, electricity, and plumbing. Our breakfast included fresh cranberry scones, a blueberry smoothie,... More

This B&B is run by Lazlo and his wife Kate and they do a wonderful job. The house is 150 years old and the furnishings are of the time period. Beautiful room with high ceilings and a very comfortable canopy bed. Very clean and quiet. The Inn is located within walking distance of Fort and the main street of Annapolis... More
