My wife and I went for dinner and sat outside on their patio. The patio is covered and was very busy that evening and there was only one waitress for the entire area. I felt sorry for her but she did an excellent job looking after everyone. Later when we were enjoying a glass of wine a man appeared with...

Loved our stay at Garrison House Inn, traveling with friends and all of us delighted with our accommodations. Very clean, friendly staff. Wonderful! Breakfast delicious. Will definitely make the effort to come back and plan to dine in.

My husband and I stayed here in August. The house is a pretty victorian, staff very friendly, breakfast delicious, and within walking distance to town. All in all we were very happy with our stay. We were in the top room, steeple through the skylight (like it was planned), with low ceilings on each side. We packed light so not...

There were certainly some things to like about the Garrison House Inn. The room we had ( number 4 a suite) was spacious, the shower was good and the bed fairly comfortable. That said, the space was incredibly badly arranged which largely lost the benefits offered by the space. For example the bathroom was generous, but there was virtually nowhere...

We spent three nights as a base for visiting Dibgy and Wolfville. As another reviewer noted, the check-in person was indifferent but the breakfast server was amazing (we declined coffee since we preferred diet soft drinks, so she got them for us, and then remembered our preference the third morning!). The breakfasts had three choices; 1) eggs, 2) yogurt/granola, or...

Ideally located for a visit to historic Fort Anne and within easy reach of the town's amenities, including restaurants, coffee shops, a pub and a theatre as well as the museum and a few shops. It is an historic inn and furnished appropriately with pieces of period furniture. If you like glossy minimalist/uniform hotel rooms then this may not be...

On the third floor...arrived with the room at 30 degrees and no A/C running. Furniture was dilapidated, but bed was OK. Towels were skimpy. Breakfast was minimal...no OJ, no fruit, and not well thought out. Very iffy internet...in and out. This B&B is overpriced.

This is a historic house set up as a B&B and restaurant. The setting is very good, across from the Fort and a very short walk from main street. The house is old - that's the point - so the floorboards are creaky, the furniture is eclectic, etc. Don't be put off by it. We stayed in a suite with...

We had a very nice time at the Garrison house. The staff was excellent, especially Tabitha, she was pleasant and very helpful. The room was great and the food at dinner was fantastic. The location was also a plus, right downtown and across from the Fort. Don't miss the graveyard tour its FANTASTIC!

We stayed in room 7, the "Crow's Nest". It had a lot of character, unique windows, and a very comfortable bed. We didn't need the a/c because the skylights and windows provided a nice breeze. The room and the rest of the Inn was immaculately clean. The bathroom was very large and fresh towels were provided each day. It was...
