My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. We loved our corner room. It was spacious and so well decorated for the period of the old home. It was great to have a renovated bathroom with a full sized tub and an air conditioned room. We loved being able to stroll downtown and visit the little shops. Breakfast which was... More

We loved the Garrison House Inn so we spend a second night. Super location, clean, updated bathrooms. (one complaint though - shower hot/cold finicky). In the morning they serve either eggs/bacon/toast or homemade granola/yogurt/fruit, which I chose today. It was like dessert - the yogurt and fruit were perfectly fresh. Windows don't open so we turned the air conditioner on.... More

My wife, I and a visiting friend reserved two rooms just a couple of days before we intended to arrive. On arrival, we were greeted by an enthusiastic young lady by the name of Tabatha. She was delightful and gave us keys to our rooms, which we found were well-appointed with queen bed, a wing chair and a love couch,... More

The Inn was in a reasonable part of town, just a short walk from Fort Anne and the waterfront. As per most B&Bs the rooms were upstairs which were quite steep and narrow which makes navigating with a heavy bag a bit tricky. When we checked in we found the girl quite unhelpful. We asked for recommendations of what to... More

After reading about this place in Fodor's, we had to try it! The reviews are spot on, my steak was an impressive example of perfection, her Jambalaya was second to none, exotic and spicy deliciousness! Make sure to experience this dining delight!

Myself and three friends stayed a night during the Natal Day weekend and really enjoyed this B&B. The workers at the Inn were very helpful and friendly, we felt right at home. We stayed on the top floor and had a woderful view looking out at Fort Anne. The room was comfortable and air conditioned, thank goodness for the air... More

My wife and I had stayed here for 2 nights. The entire place is very clean and boasts alot of charm. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom, flat screen tv , air conditioning, an electric fire place and more. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Thankyou to the staff for a wonderful stay.

A wonderful spot in a heritage house. Our room had an ensuite bath and a good bed. The included breakfast was excellent. The restaurant on the main floor is the best in town and highly recommended for dinner

A very old, restored property with oodles of charm. We had a small room with a large bathroom, a sloping floor and eaves in every direction. The bed was very comfy and the room tastefully furnished and we had nothing to complain about. Small niggles in that the hairdryer didn't work which I didn't discover until after I'd washed my... We were very happy with our stay. One night with two young boys, we had two double beds in a very clean, spacious room with loads of character. The whole Inn is so unique and shows it's antiquity well. We were thrilled with breakfast - three filling, home baked options. And our server, Tabitha even out a candle in my... More
