Every single hotel in Yellowknife was fully booked. I called every single hotel and I left the Northern Lights motel for my last resort based on things I have heard. Front desk was friendly. But I got a room with no windows, looked like they haven't swept in ages, sticky floors, stains on the sheets, cigarette burns in the blankets,...

Nice and affordable motel to spend a quiete time in Yelowknife. Near to all essential services in the center of the city. Although you need to pay a taxi to get to and out of the hotel from the airport, it's still cheaper and nice place to stay.

Three of us shared a room for four nights, and it was fine, and inexpensive. It was tidy and clean, though certainly not fancy or new. The room had free wifi, tv, fridge, tea kettle, microwave and an AC unit. I believe not all the rooms are equipped the same, so check it out when booking. Belle was helpful, fair,...

I have travelled a lot nationally and internationally for pleasure and work. This one was pretty much the worst ever! I was lucky to get out asap! Even if you are desperate or they give it to you for free, I don't think you would be happy if you are expecting even minimums!!! The welcoming was horrible commenting on my...

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked, according to Trip Advisor (they probably wrote their own review, so make sure to read at least 15 reviews). Once we talked to our real estate agent, we tried to cancel.Once we found our new place the day before we were due to land, we emailed but got no response. We also phoned the...

We stayed a week here and had room 31. It was clean and staff was friendly. Good spot to be able to see the Aurora as lot next door and across street vacant , so not as much in town lights. Easy walking distance to almost everything. Main Street and bus stop only two blocks up, therefore easy access to...
