A friend and myself decided to head out for an overnight Girls Night and after trying to find a cottage on the South Shore without any luck we found this place. The view is the best part! The cottage, which was way over priced in my opinion for the time of year, was extremely outdated. The screen door only had...

We were attending a wedding close by. Made reservations over the phone with Mary--requested a room for 3 people and had to have air conditioning..no problem says Mary I have a queen sized bed and a pull out loveseat. She was a lovely lady and very accommodationg. We arrive early and rang the buzzer as instructed cause office was closed....

Very nice little cottage. Great view from the room of the ocean! Inside cottage is a little dated but over all very welcoming stay. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to stay on the water and enjoy quiet peaceful relaxing stay.

This quit little spot is the perfect spot for a romantic get away. You're so close to the ocean you can reach out & touch. There's many places close by to visit. From the lobster docks were you can purchase fresh from the ocean lobster, they steam it right there so you & your romantic partner can take it back...

We stayed one night in oceanfront motel rooms. Room was recently updated with laminate/tile floor, new furniture and bathroom. The TV is old, bed as well and very squeaky. Overall the room is spacious, with plenty of storage, breakfast (BYO)nook, fridge, coffeemaker and cozy love seat. The deck overlooking the bay is perfect to have a drink looking at the...

Stayed here with family in one of the mini cottages. View of St. Margarets Bay is the best part of this property. However nothing has been updated in what seems to be about 20 yrs. As another reviewer stated, it serves it's purpose, but that's about it. Don't expect much. For what you pay, other locations/properties would be much better.

This motel has false advertising on their website. It's says rooms have tv. Their is a tv but no cable. Their was only 2 channels. Rooms very outdated. No phone. Their was no air conditioning, which it did state on website that only some rooms had it, so fine. But the funny thing was their was a ceiling fan in...

We stayed at this hotel late Aug /14 as my title indicates it served it's purpose but didn't really wow us. We were traveling around the maritimes taking in the sights our beautiful country offers and we needed a place to stop for the night. We spent the extra money and got ocean view superior room. The room was clean...

If you like an old fashioned, quirky, one of a kind place, this place is great. Okay, so the furniture is old and the toaster set off the fire alarm. Other than that we really liked our room with a deck overlooking a wonderful view. It was perfectly clean and had no musty smell at all. The beds were more...

This hotel is just OK. It is dated. But the room was relatively clean in our case and had a mini fridge and 2 element stove and a microwave which suited our needs. The advertised Wifi did not work where we were, probably too far from the access point. Our room was lacking a screen door so we could not...
