I stayed here mid-June while on a motorcycle/camping trip to the Maritimes. I had to get to the ferry terminal very early the following morning and this was the closest place to camp that I could find. It turned out to be a very nice spot. The showers were clean and free and the campground was more geared to motorhomes...

Quite stark looking campground area, but very handy location after our trip to the Flower Pots at the Bay of Fundy. Now en route to Bar Harbor. Enjoyable dinner at Lily s right here at the park entrance! It overlooks the lake.

This campground is perfect for travelers driving from the US in route to Atlantic Canada who are looking for a break stop after the long ride through Maine. It is located about one hour from the St Stephens' border crossing in the city of St John. The campground itself is not fancy. There are some spacious and semi private sites...

There is a lovely restaurant on the lake just at the park entrance, great place to see the sunset while sitting on the patio. Campground can accomodate caravans as well as individual campers. Make a reservation during the summer season.

It was only for one night and maybe they have a special section for short stays, we didn't really explore the park much. No fire pits, no grass, rock floor. It was nice to face our neighbors but only because we were traveling together! 25km around the campground is a little too fast.

We came to Saint John specifically visit family and Rockwood RV Park was well situated to do that. Check-in was courteous and efficient. We were in the lower park which is kind of a big, gravelled parking lot ( we had site # 31 and it was huge). The entire area is very level, with some grassy sites on the...

I found it hard to find campground that are not covered with rv lot. We had a gread camping spot for our tent and it was hidden in the little woods there so we had privacy. We were not camping next to a big rv. The staff is really awesome and friendly. The campground is very clean even the washrooms...

At first we weren't sure where we were heading for the entrance to Rockwood. It looked more like a city park, but we found it. The campground is very big and operated by an association. Good way to make money. The roads are paved and gravel. The sites are all gravel and kind of different than what we are accustomed...

We were staying at another campground just a little ways out of town but we wanted to try this place for one night to see if it might be suitable for a week long stay next summer. We had read some reviews that the city noise and adjacent train tracks were loud and we wanted to see for ourselves. When...
