We arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and were told that our rooms were not ready. We saw the maid jump in her car and take off so we new that they were not going to be ready anytime soon. We were told that she had to run an errand and would be back later. They offered to change... More

Very friendly attendant at the front. Motel was clean but the beds were super hard. Washroom and shower worked well and no complaints. Air conditioner waa rattling and so loud we had to shut it off. Floor was uneven so much so my father tripped. Good value.

It's a quiet little area and family owned. Nothing fancy and the owners were very helpful if we needed directions to the near by areas or has any questions. For the price that was offered and what we received it was pretty good. One thing it definitely does need improvement on is the TVs, it's fairly old.

Let's put it this way!. I won't stay again unless I am sleeping outside when it's 40*C below. Just old and all. Beds are not comfortable, feels more like a trailer park than anything else. Best thing about the place is that you can park your car pretty much right in front of your room But, okay Motel owner/manager though!

Reasonably comfortable for an overnight stop - quite average, One room was carpeted but the other was not. It was reasonably priced and service was fair. It was quite helpful as there were no others available.

Ok for 59.00 a night but not 89.00. Very noisy air conditioner, fridge, bathroom fan and could hear every car. Floor was gritty and room was very dingy with poor lighting. No out door chairs, no coffee. Just way too expensive for such a basic poor quality room. Don't make a mistake with this one. Spend a bit more and... More

It was ok to stay overnight but nothing special. The price is right but it is very outdated. The room could have been better cleaned. The blanket had holes in it and they only had one face cloth and not enough towels if all three of us had gotten a shower that morning.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Fredericton and not looking for amenities found in pricier motels/hotels or your expectation is not that high, then this place is for you. This motel is for families who are on a budget. There is no breakfast.

Beautiful Motel! Bless you for providing a nice comfortable bed and nice mattress. Every thing shows that you are a good man. It is a nice location as well. When I come again, I'll be staying here! Thank you.

This place is so very quaint from the outside, truly thought it had potential. There is evidence of renovations being done to rooms...ie tiles & fixtures. I thought they were pretty clean until I was laying in the bed and reached over for the remote to only lay my hand on an E-Z floss...the last guest must of been flossing...housekeeping... More
