The hotel location is at Winnipeg's heart with excellent service, clean rooms, and reasonable prices. We couldn't find something more attractive on our budget. We could walk at the Forks and enjoy a nice meal, and walk around the stores. Also, we had a great visit to the humane museum just around the corner. Thank you, Humphry Inn.
Staycation with the wife, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, Hot tub was a nice. We will definitely be back again, lots of great food near by and good shops over at the forks nearby.
Close to the jobs site, price was great for the location, breakfast was provided in the price, staff were friendly, room was fine. They did have a little shop where you could buy snack on the main floor as well. overall pretty good.
Had to find a hotel quick for a week as a pipe burst in my apartment, staff were friendly, room was nice, and they had complimentary breakfast in the morning. They were quite close to alot of restaurants aswell making dinners alot easier.
We booked a queen studio for a girls weekend the room had an pull out bed and alot of space, i love how the sink was outside the bathroom. Great staff, close to lots of bars, breakfast was included definitely will be coming back.
Stayed there for the wife's birthday, we got the room with a hot tub in it. It was great, breakfast was included and staff were nice. Not too far from what the city has to offer I'd say walking distance to everything fun downtown.
Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite with the husband and it was much needed! the room was nice, big comfy bed, very strong jetted tub and free breakfast, needless to say we had a great time, staff were friendly and I got everything i hoped for will definitely be back again.
YES for the price YES for its location NO NO NO for everything else: CLEANLINESS; fridge dirty, found a dirty Kleenex in the ice bucket, dust everywhere in the room, carpet and chairs dirty, bedspreads gray but should be white, bathroom wall mirror dirty, carpets in elevators muddy, ceiling tiles missing in the corridor, empty glass stayed on the corridor floor for 2 days and I can go on and on..... PARKING: not gated and not secured, for $10.00 per night it should be at least gated BREAKFAST; a real joke, about nothing to eat, the last morning there was bacon and hash browns, no eggs or omelets, no yogourt, no fruits except apples....pancake machine broken., not replenished regularly, we have to ask, nobody cares to check. Hotel needs to be refreshed, beside it's close location to the Forks, I have nothing positive to say about the place except, stay far away from this place!…
The pluses: Clean, comfortable beds, friendly service, made an effort with covid breakfast - it is served to your room including a warm component. The minuses: Room furnishings are very outdated, the pool is being renovated and is closed, very cold, utalitarian feel at the hotel, $500 security deposit is strangely high.
The Humphry is a nice hotel that is conveniently located for anyone wanting to go to the MTS Center, museums or The Forks. It is a little dated, however does have some updates. It’s got a nice little pool and hot tub, with a steam room and fitness facility. I would definitely stay here again.
