This Lodge was lovely, rustic and the Staff were great! I had the most amazing time there and saw so many Polar Bears!! I never could imagine it was like this and that we would see so many! The food at the Lodge was great! I love the Black & White Cookies!

This was our second visit to Lazy Bear Lodge, having first gone five years ago. As then, maybe even more, we loved every minute of our experience. The arrangements and communication pre-trip and the information received, the pick up at the train station, to every bit of our tours, our accommodation, the restaurant, the comfortable lounge with free home-baked goods...

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the steps were hard for my husband in his arctic boots and Carhardt bibs but what a trip. It was more than we ever expedited. The staff is excellent, the guides on the arctic crawlers were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we saw wildlife and lots of bears. We...

Wally has built something great here, a place where we could feel at home while far away from home. The rooms are small, but cozy, with everything you need after a day spent out watching for polar bears. We did see bears, and the aurora, and this amazing hotel. The dining room is beautiful, if sometimes a little smoky, but...

Spent three nights here in early November. Polar Bear expeditions followed by delicious meals and relaxing evenings at our log cabin refuge. Perfect in every aspect: food, staff, amenities. The Arctic Char was scrumptious and the Polar Bears were magnificent. Dream come true. Thank you.

Owner of lodge met us down in lobby to take us on a sightseeing tour of buluga whales. Lodge staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Owner of lodge took us...

What can I say? This is the trip of a lifetime! We booked this trip a year ago and have looked forward to it ever since. This company is excellent. Everything was taken care of, from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel in Winnipeg and taken to the airport. Our "guide" stayed with us until we...

Arrived in Winnipeg, met at the airport and transfered to the hotel, which was of a good standard, nice touch in the room, complete itinerary, luggage labels and water, supplied by Lazy Bear. Seamless transfer back to Airport the following day for the flight to Churchill. We had a charter flight, again met at the airport and transfered to the...
