Location of hotel awesome. Cleanliness wonderful. Parking outrageous and fees hidden. Booked through booking.com and no information until you get to the hotel. When we discussed with manager he blamed the hidden fees on booking.com and assumed no responsibility and offered no compensation. Would never stay there again due to the management attitude.

We booked a 2 night stay in a room with a balcony and kitchen. The check in went smoothly, staff was very friendly and courteous. We even got moved from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, which offered a better view of the water and pier. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and kitchen was great for having breakfast and not needing to venture out to get something to eat ( we were visiting friends and had dinner with them so didn’t cook meals in room). The only negative thing I can say is that our balcony extended past the window of the occupied room beside ours, which would have made it awkward had we wanted to use our balcony more. We are definitely staying here again next time we come to the coast from the interior.

Decent location but a shabby, run-down hotel. Standard king room was awful. Only view is of a brick wall. And that is if you leave the blinds open so that other guests passing by can stair into your room. Bathroom is old, tiny and needs a good cleaning. Everything else in the room is standard for a ‘70s-era motel. Another feature of this hotel (motel?) is that they oversell the parking so that, having paid $17/night for parking, you return after dinner to find no available parking spots. Very disappointing experience

We are Brits living in Alberta and booked this trip as we were unable to fly to Orlando as planned, but very much wanted to see the ocean. The photo shown is what I thought I was booking, and the price paid led me to believe we would be ocean front. In reality, we were in a dark room at the side of the hotel, overlooked by an apartment block. The balcony was not private - running in front of the window to another room, which was occupied. We could see the sea but only a side view - a glimpse through an alleyway, and nothing like the extremely misleading photo. The room itself was fine for someone not expecting a sea view - decent kitchen, large bathroom, very clean. But the cheap laminate floor crackled when you walked on it and the room was dark. We did contact reception to see if we could be moved, but she claimed all the other rooms were occupied- despite it being 2pm on a Wednesday, with a virtually empty car park and room service cleaning empty rooms on the side with something of a view. Parking is an additional $17.50 per night.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was great and we found the room rate quite reasonable. Plexiglass barrier at the checkin and all staff were masked. We had excellent service from staff in checking for a lost item we thought we had left in the room. Everything was very clean. Parking is expensive but still cheaper than paying for parking on the street. Hand santizer available at the entrance. Didn't see many hotel guests wearing masks.
