We loved the large 1 bedroom king suite! So much space, ability to have a fire, cook in the kitchen and the large windows with views! The breakfast was ordered the day/night before and delivered to your door at a time of your choosing and was very good. The housekeeping was only every third night but there were plenty of towels so this was not a problem for us. Was nice to have the underground easy access parking as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with the exception of a brusk person at the spa front desk. I did not get her name. When I asked about spa services she pointed to the bar code to be scanned on your phone and seemed annoyed. I did not get a service there as a result. The other hosts out front and delivering the breakfast were wonderful and friendly.

Great village location (means more noise at night). Room decor up to date but several things not working properly. Would be very cozy for 4 people. Partial kitchen is only bar fridge, stove top and microwave.

Loved this hotel. Stayed in a unit that had a kitchen. It had all amenities and a fire place. Steam room/ pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in. Nice views of the mountain. Right in the village, convenient to everything. Would stay here the next time we come.

I booked it in 2019 but then had a voucher due to covid for the next two years as I was not given a refund - I had previously booked it on the early bird discount and my voucher was worth $1534 cad. When I came to book the same week in Sept 2022 in Feb - March 2022 I was told I could not have the early bird discount as the Granfondu was on all week. It was very dissapointing to find out that it was a bike race only on the Saturday we arrived and our rate had gone up from $349 cad per night to £499 in effect I paid $1535 cad in Dec 2019 - the money stayed with pan pacific for two years and then I was charged a further £1800 cad which I thought was very unfair So a very expensive stay.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do apologize that you feel this was unfair however as our rates do fluctuate, and increase yearly, we cannot guarantee rates will stay the same each year. Regardless of time of year, Friday and Saturday are always generally more expensive than a mid-week stay, as these are in higher demand. I do hope that this experiences did not detract too much from your stay in Whistler as a whole. Thank you again for your constructive comments. It is feedback of this nature that advocates us to continually strive for better service to our valued guests such as yourself. Sincerely, Paige Guest Experience Manager

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I live my life in a wheelchair. The room that I was put in with the understanding it was a wheelchair accessible room was extremely in adequate. The access to it is hopeless. T here is no possible way to have a shower or a bath. It’s simply a total sham to rent that as an accessible room.

We stayed for a few days to get away from the city. The location is excellent as it's right by the village and many local restaurants. The room was clean and as you'd expect from a "name brand" hotel, and the check in and check out was quick and professional. The breakfasts delivered to the room were the only "ok" part, but otherwise I'd definitely recommend as an option for the Village.

We were fortunate to have a view of the mountains. Great room with lounge and kitchen and a balcony. Very comfortable large bed. The outside pool was warm and used the hot tube and steam room. So central for a village of shops and restaurants. Must be beautiful in the winter. Only negative 28 dollars a night to park your car.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for this wonderful review of our hotel. I am so glad to hear that you had a good time and made the most of all of our facilities. It is indeed beautiful here in the winter, just like a snow globe. Thank you for your feedback on the parking which is pricey in Whistler for sure. Feel free to ask for alternative off-site options next time and we can give you other options. We hope to see you again very soon here in Whistler for your next stay! This hotel is located centrally in Whistler Village. The lobby is a bit underwhelming but staff are friendly and efficient. Our2-bedroom suite was a bit out-dated but certainly spacious. Both bedrooms were large with an array of pillow options (firm, soft, squishy etc.), and comfy mattresses. The Aveda products in the bathrooms, robes and slippers were a classy touch. The only thing I would have liked to see different was a designated adults-only hot tub. All in all - I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a suite in Whistler for a somewhat reasonable price in comparison to the other hotel options.

Great location attached but on the periphery of the village. Well appointed rooms with spectacular views. Quiet patio bar/restaurant in a garden setting. Nice pool and hot tub area. We easily accommodated six family members in two suites.
