Can't really say anything negative whatsoever at all. From the moment we arrived the staff were all so polite and friendly. Valet was easy and the check in was quick even with COVID protocols. We arrived early and wandered around until the room was ready. The room itself was amazing. So much space, and the bathroom was huge with a nice deep soaking tub. The rooms were immaculate and the amenities spot on. We did room service breakfast x 2 since it was included in the fine hotels deal and it was so delicious. While it is a bit pricey if paying entirely I'd say it's worth it to splurge at least once. The hot tubs were very comfortable outside. We did not eat at the restaurants for dinner so cannot comment. The other service which is fantastic is the shuttle/car service. Pick up and drop offs essentially anywhere in town. We'll for sure be staying again when we are back in Whistler and I'd recommend you do too so long as it doesn't break the bank too much.…
Came here for one night... decided to stay another night. Room was impeccable and staff was amazing. I would recommend the restaurant too. Although we’re all dealing with Covid hotel made an effort to make it an uninterrupted stay. Simon at check in was great! Amazing!!!
We went up to Whistler for a weekend trip and stayed at the Four Seasons. It's a lovely, relaxing place to stay with larger than average rooms and luxury amenities. It's not a far walk from the village (10-15 mins). It also has a really nice restaurant, which was under construction when we were there (which was fine as they had set up a large patio dining area which we preferred anyway because of COVID). The hotel is dog-friendly and even heped us arrange a dog-sitter so we could eat dinner (in B.C. dogs aren't even allowed to be tied to the outside of the fence surrounding a patio of a restaurant). Staff were very friendly and nice. The grounds are very well-kept and overall we had a really nice, relaxing stay.
Where can one go to getaway from it all but stay in the country during a pandemic? HERE!!! First of all, Whistler is stunning. But this hotel has thought of everything. No housekeeping services which I thought was odd, I wasn't loving that. But if you needed something, anything, they had it up to your room in minutes. We asked for the memory foam pillows, came up in 10 minutes. Rooms are spacious. Staff are amazing. The concierge staff - they are just attentive, fabulous and funny. We used the house car for the one night we went to Red Door Bistro (must go) in Creekside, otherwise we walked everywhere. The hotel is so central to everything. We hiked every day and then did the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Shout out to Simon at the pool who never let our cups run dry! This is the best hotel to stay at in Whistler!…
I had a great time at the hotel. The service and staff were tremendous. The room although slightly dated was well appointed. It is somewhat disappointing to not receive daily house keeping or turndown service but understand that is the world we are living in. The concierge and front desk team went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I would most definitely return soon !
