We loved our trip to Whistler with the kids. Just came back 2 days ago. The hotel was very accommodating, they kept on top of our schedule with housekeeping not to interfere with kids naps. Food at Sidecut was amazing. They even allowed it as in-room dining instead of regular menu. I had spa collagen facial and it was very... More

Really nice hotel. Situated right beside the slopes and all facilities to ensure a hassle free stay/ski holiday are included. The staff is full of friendly young Australians/Irish and add to the super atmosphere. Its expensive but would do it again!

While at Whistler, stayed there. Right from the moment you arrive till you check out I was pleasantly surprised and happy by their personalised attention. I was with my husband and it was our marriage anniversary. Oh yes, they surely made us feel special... Food was excellent, service was great and their spa was the bestest. Do get their head to... All the staff make this a must stay for those who only have a few days to experience the mountain. The valet ski service, welcome and luggage transfer, is all seamless and well run. Any issues raised from making/changing appointments, dinner reservations, pickup, housekeeping are dealt with seamlessly. The size of the rooms are terrific with storage no problem. Love... More

very accommodating staff. Always with a smile. Ski concierge fantastic. 4 seasons makes whistler holiday great. After a day at the hotel the staff recognize you. The front bell captains desk staffed by great staff. Turn down service is really excellent. I've been gong for a number of years and it feels like a grand home.

Top service & food, great and ample rooms. Would have given 5* if it weren't for some lack of urgency when we needed support to treat our son who went very ill at the end of our stay. Maybe it has to do with the Canadian health system as well, which honestly is terrible (one of the worst experiences we've... More

This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and am pleased to say that the customer service met & exceeded our expectations. Afonso along with the entire team at Four Seasons Whistler made us feel special and went above and beyond.

We've been traveling to Whistler for about 20 years and have stayed at various locations. We think the Four Seasons is the best for the following reasons: --the location is quiet, at the far end of the Blackcomb base, so you get great sleep at night. The Whistler base can be very noisy with all the restaurants and bars. Other... More

Amazing, beautiful, magic. It looks like a castle. It's the perfect place for perfect moments. Love the atendants also. It's more than what we listen about. Charming, romantic, fun. And the small Village fits into the cene.

Guest Service was excellent, room was spacious and well designed. Lounge was sleepy, need to improve vibe to enhance an entertaining evening. Full check in service with valet from front door to room was excellent.
