I booked a loft suite for my wife and daughter. The room is very clean with enough space for three or even four people and the suite even had two complete baths. Aside from the A/C there were two fans just in case it gets hot upstairs especially during the summer months. The loft upstairs even had a sauna. There... More

The hotel was brilliantly centred in the middle of Whistler near the gondola and amenities. This comes at a price however because the Saturday night was incredibly loud due to the revellers. I didn't get to sleep until 2am because of the shouting. The room was very hot as well (I was on floor 5) and the air con (though... More

Stayed for 7 days in a loft. 2 adults upstairs in the loft bed (gets hot during the summer but they give you a fan which helps) and 1 kid on the pullout couch. Newer furniture was nice. Location, free WiFi, heated pool and spa were key. You could not find a nicer staff from the front desk to housekeeping.... More

This was our 7th trip to Whistler, and we've stayed somewhere different each time because we haven't found a perfect option. This was probably the best so far, and the one we'd most likely return to. We had a loft unit for 2 people. For a 10 day stay, it was a bit cramped for us, with no storage for... More

We got a secret suite deal through the whistler.com website, basically you find out about the hotel's amenities and its location but they don't give you the name...you just have to risk it! We only paid $79 for our room which included two queen size beds, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and jacuzzi bath. The room was large enough for a... More

We booked our room online and were happy with what we paid. The room was clean and having the full kitchen was a great feature as we were able to choose what meals we wanted to eat out and what we wanted to make at the hotel. We arrived early as we were going ziplining that day, and the hotel... More

Gotta admit, our expectations were looow. The pictures don't flatter the place, nor does the significantly cheaper price, nor does the exterior driving up, nor does the lobby, nor does the parking lot, nor does the elevator, nor does the hallway, BUT the suite we had was really quite nice. A 1 bedroom with kitchenette, big comfy bed, huge 2... More

Location was perfect! looked out our window at the base of whistler and could walk anywhere. we stayed in a loft suite with 4 people and it was a little tight but well worth it. Clean, great staff, pool and hot tub was great after skiing too. Will definitely look to go back.

-: Noisy fridge and airco, also a lot of noise from outside. Matresses are really not comfortable (hard), aisles and rooms are dark and uncosy. There is a fishy - unfresh smell in the hall leading to the parking lot. Parking is indeed too expensive, relative to room prices. It does not deserve a 3-star ranking. +: central location

Perfect location for being close to the gondolas and amenities. Rooms a bit small and housekeeping absolutely minimal. My biggest problem with the lodge is the lousy housekeeping. Otherwise everything else was ok.
