We came up for an evening to celebrate my Fiancé birthday. We had such an amazing experience, from the staff that greeted us upon our arrival and offered to park our vehicle, to the lovely concierge that offered to take our picture infront of the Sundial, Whistler flower wall as we struggled to take the perfect selfie. The room was clean, comfortable and blew away all expectationsthat we had. I had only mentioned it was my fiancé birthday upon checking in and by the time we had parked the car and gathered our luggage to our room thier was a place card on the table wishing her a happy birthday with a bottle of wine. It was the little details and grand gestures that made this such a memorable experience and we cannot wait to come back soon

Hotel's Favorite
I have great experience in this hotel, partly it’s non peak season. Nevertheless, all the crew are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the room is great. It was not easy to find the hotel at first, I had to ask around. One big wowed for me is the sustainability (paperless check-in, recycling bag in the room and activities/information listed on TV). Keep it up.

The location was very central with a great view of the mountain. The room was clean, hospitable, smelled fresh, and had all amenities I could have needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh sheets and nice bedding. A great addition was the two showers next to each other in the same bathroom, with two sinks & mirrors so me and my partner could get ready at the same time without getting in each others way. The cherry on top was the hot tub on the balcony, which was clean & easy to use. The staff was helpful with planning mine and my partners anniversary with answering any questions I had and helped set up the room for when we got there. I really appreciated how Roxy (a staff memeber) checked in with me to see how my stay was. Would defiantly be staying at that hotel again, and would refer to friends and family.

We loved our stay at the sundial! My husband and I drove up from Washington for a special occasion. Hotel was clean and tidy and all staff were super helpful! Excellent location, close to lifts and lots of nice restaurants. Special shout out to our valet James, who made us feel welcome and we enjoyed many of his recommendations. Thanks sundial!

We came for a 3 nights4 days vacation after staying in other hotels in Whistler for the past 3 times. The rooms were very big and comfortable with a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. Even the sofa bed for the kids was more comfortable than in other places. The staff was very nice and patient and did everything to make our stay great. We liked the Nespresso machines in the rooms and in the lobby and it was very easy to book to hot tub on the roof. It was very nice to have it all for ourselves. Location is just as close as possible to the lifts.

We had the most fabulous time staying at the Sundial hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The location in the village is ideal! Also the rooftop hot tub with the 30 minute windows of private reservable time was fantastic. Ideal photo location!! Special thanks to the housekeeping staff on our floor (5th floor - April 4th-7th) for keeping our towels restocked, and kitchen and bathroom so clean! The front desk staff of Sahar and Ceris were most helpful and very friendly! And a very special thanks to Tim the valet guy for helping me find the closest Shoppers Drug Mart after I burned my arm quite badly on the toaster… and for asking me follow up questions on how my arm was doing! He was so kind. Also - the toasters in the suites get SUPER hot. Be very careful when using!

Dear Laura, Thank you for taking the time to share such a wonderful review of your recent vacation with us! I'm so pleased you thoroughly enjoyed your time here and found our staff to be attentive. I'm so sorry that you experienced the toaster to be so hot, if you could please reach out directly to me also that would be much appreciated. We hope you had a great time in Whistler itself and that we can welcome you back again soon. Kind regards, Emily Guest Services Manager

Stay here. Updates needed but everything is extremely clean and wonderful. The private hot tub suite is where my husband and I stayed. They had a Brita water filter which was lovely as we did not have to go on a bottled water run. The view is amazing. Mountains galore. Our stay was made much more enjoyable due to the Valet gentleman JOSH. He always had a smile on his face and he was such a an enjoyable individual. He is incredibly observant and saw me struggling with my hood to which he offered an umbrella to borrow. The small things go such a long way. Josh is so upbeat and pleasant to interact with. All staff is. Josh went above and beyond and it needs to be recognized. We encountered Josh each day of our 3 night stay. Josh is the real reason we will be coming back. All in all, put Josh as the hotel manager, he is one of thee most pleasant employees I have come across in my hotel staying time. Thanks so much Josh for everything!!
