Had a wonderful stay at the Sundial in late November. Easy to get to find, right in the village. If you love Lululemon, you are steps away from the store. We were checked in by Jay who was super helpful and accommodating. Got me sorted with the parking and the hot tub reso. She also helped me fix my initial reservation as I had booked it for the wrong week, my bad. The place was very clean and it had everything we needed. Definitely my go to hotel in Whistler. Look forward to coming back!

We were there for a night to celebrate my birthday. Excellent service, location and staff. Everything was top notch from check in, valet parking to check out. Special thanks to Tom, Meg, Chris and Chad for making my day special. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in a perfect location right in the heart of Whistler. We didn't need the car at all once we got there, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the views from our room were of a beautiful piece of Canada.

A top notch property with exceptional staff (Jay,Rachel,Meg,Olivia,Emily and the fellow who took away our recycling and brought us towels, etc). We had a 2 bedroom suite with a hot tub on our huge deck overlooking the Excalibur gondola and ski hill. The kitchen was fully equipped...just bring your own food, condiments and foil. Dishwasher cubes, dish soap and coffee provided. We had originally booked for 3 nights but had so much fun we stayed an additional night. Although not many pubs and restaurants were open it really didn't matter as we had planned to have most meals in our suite to enjoy the hot tub with the snow gently falling. Free parking included and responsive communication via text messaging with staff. Location is right in the village (south) and walkable to everything. Thank you again to the wonderful warm and friendly staff at the Sundial.

We booked a suite at the Sundial with a private hot tub on the deck for my partners birthday and absolutely loved it. We were greeted at both the front door and reception with a warm welcome. Even though we were early for check in by the time we parked in the underground we were told our room was ready which was a great surprise. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a plaza with a bit of a view of the ski hill. We had a private hot tub and loved it. Our suite had a fully stocked kitchen and a separate bedroom which sure made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. We had a few meals in as well as some great meals out. It was a very quiet and lovely stay. The hotel staff communicated via texts, which was great, and even let us borrow an adapter to run Netflix from our devices. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!
