So the check in place is at a different location. It was advertised online as having free parking and private hot tubs on the patios. LIES!! At check in I was told there was an 15$ per night charge for parking. We got here and it was a joke trying to find the parking stall as there are 2 parkades... More

Most owners and managers at Glaciers Reach do not charge for parking. Most of the poor reviews tend to result from the same management company. More

Our first time to Whistler was excellent in part to this condominium. If you have an opportunity to be here you should go for it. The price was excellent and the location is incredible with it being one block away from the village. Across the street is a small strip mall with liquor store, grocery store, mcdonald's and others. We spent 4 nights and 5 days in whistler and although the weather was a bit rainy and cool this never stopped us from enjoying the mountains of whistler and Blackcomb which were amazing. We saw the Snow on the summit of whistler after a cold and a bit scary open chair lift ride from the top of the gondola.... More

To start with the positives, this place is pretty inexpensive and is in a decent location, right behind the Marketplace. After that, finding good things to say becomes pretty difficult. The check-in location is at Aspens above the Upper Village. If you've got a car this is inconvenient. If you don't have a car, it's a real hassle. The check-in... More

We absolutely love this place. The views are great, the townhome has everything you could need and then some. We have stayed 6 years in a row and would not stay anywhere else. It is super close to everything. Trevor provided some helpful hints on places to go and bike rentals and such and we have used all the same... More

The place is conveniently located within walking distance to the village. We got fairly prompt service to replace a bad bulb for a lamp. The room was clean. However we faced the following problems. 1. Our room was located in a cluster of buildings. The “front desk” is located in another property located about half a mile away. They had... More

Was looking for a one bedroom king-size bed with hot tub and thought that is what I was getting until I got to the room. No hot tub, queen bed, super small bedroom, with a lock-off unit that most of the noise on the other side could be heard. While I like the property and its convenient location, and even... More

Glad that you liked the home. FYI the twin beds in 46 have been replaced in the last year and the queen bed was replaced 4 years ago. The twins are a bit stiff but are a very high quality mattress. We are looking at a painting the home this fall. Thx More

A short walk to the lifts through the village to pick up our lockered skis at the lifts and we were ready to go. A grocery store and plenty of restaurants near by. Great location. Underground parking. Each unit appeared to have its own private hot tub.
