Had a walk around the lake after catching free bus. Really lovely. However would recommend hiring bikes in Whistler and making the very short 1.6km trip. Take a packed lunch and some swimming gear. Loads of paths to walk and cycle. Really recommended.

Lost Lake Lodge is a nice condominium complex (not plush and not worn out...just nice). My family spent 10 days there, and the accommodations served us well. But, as I read in another review, you must be prepared with many of your own accoutrements (toilet paper beyond 2 days worth, dishwasher detergent beyond 2 days worth, paper towels, coffee, soap... Condo is very nice, spacious and has a nice deck. Clean and well located on shuttle bus route to the village, and steps from beautiful Lost Lake. Only problem was that one night there were 14 ten year old boys in the pool SCREAMING for 2 hours, and our condo overlooks the pool. After the first hour we called the... More

Dear loangalsal, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies if there was some noise that perhaps disturbed your stay and I'm very glad that you liked the condo you were in. I am told that there some children playing in the pool at around 8pm and that even though it was before the 10pm noise curfew, we asked the building caretaker... More

We booked for the May long weekend for a mini vacation. Very pleased with the choice we made by staying here. The surroundings are so beautiful and so quiet!! The free shuttle takes you right to the village. The only negative part about my stay was it ending and having to leave. That and the pay parking.

We choose this property for its location away from the village. It's nice and peaceful, only a 15 minute walk from Whistler Village or a 10 minute bus ride. Staying here several times now, the accommodations all have met our basic needs. Quite dissatisfied that the pool was only open on weekends as another review stated. Are midweek guests less... More

Dear William, Thank you for the feedback regarding this unit. We take any guest concerns seriously and will be addressing the items you have mentioned in coming days. One thing that I would note though is that while there are some periods during the slow season where the pool is closed for maintenance, the pool has been open throughout the... More

The location is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the Village. Our unit # 320 was fully equipped and furnishings were great. The room was also very clean. If you require more towels or toilet paper than what is in the condo, then you have to bring your own. The outdoor pool and hot tub were... More

When checking into Whistler Premier I realized I had enough time for a x-c ski but only if I moved quickly. Brock suggested his colleague Jared drive me to Lost Lake Lodge so I didn't have to wait for the shuttle to settle in. I was able to enjoy the beautiful sunny afternoon on the Lost Lake trails because of... More

Out of town a bit which is nice (though you need to take a bus to get to the lift). Good for a quiet walk around the lake. Room was average - nothing wrong with it at all. Nothing special about it either. Reasonable value for Whistler. You have to check in and out at a separate location in the... More

We booked our 9 night stay with lost lake lodge from Dec 15th-23rd 2015. When we arrived to check in our key wouldn't open the door and they said that they were working on the key problem with several rooms. They tried to open the door for about a half hour while we patiently waited in the lobby, but no... More

Dear Chris J, I'd like to apologise again for your experiences while staying with us at Lost Lake Lodge. I completely understand that an outdoor pool is a high-value amenity when booking accommodation. Unfortunately, some of the issues you experienced were maintenance-related and part of it was poor communication on our behalf. During that time the maintenance department for the... More

We have been traveling to Whistler since 1998 and Lost Lake Lodeg is our favorite place to stay. It is quiet- year round. It is on the FREE shuttle line that takes you to the village, has one of the largest swimming pools & hot tubs in Whistler, free wi-fi, work out room, full kitchens, fireplace & laundry in your...
