Our stay at the hi whistler was great. The rooms were modern and clean - as were the facilities around the hostel. While a little outside of the village - the bus is regular and leaves right outside the hostel and runs til around 3am. Fantastic base in the town - would recommend.

The HI Whistler is a hostel that definitely feels more like a hotel. Built just a few years ago for the Olympics, it's a state-of-the art facility with amazing views of Whistler Creekside, a spacious kitchen, movie room/lounge, dining hall, cafe, patio and plenty of other cozy spots to start conversations with other travellers. The room are clean and comfy,...

I was here recently with a large group. I was quite impressed with this hostel. The hostel is quite new, having been built for the athletes of the 2010 Olympics and turned into a hostel shortly thereafter. The room I was in was clean and very nice. The staff were friendly and so were the other travellers. I also enjoyed...

Booked in for 8 nights, so they gave me a bottom bunk. They do try to do this for longer-staying guests if there's availability. There were however a few admin errors. On the 6th night they had clearly double booked my bed, as 4 people arrived in a room for 4, and I was due to check out 2 days...

All the other hostels I saw woud be verry complicated with wheelchairs. Everything is clean and there is so much light...

This hostel is better than any other I have stayed in in North America. Great staff, beautiful grounds, awesome communal spaces and nice rooms. Private room is very much like a 4 start hotel and shared rooms are spacious and have good facilities. As I said it is out of town which just means you have to catch the bus...

Clean and friendly. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were good but not enough for total of 8 people sharing a single toilet or shower in peak times. Too far from village to walk but a regular bus service helped at $2.50 a ticket. Taxi to village $20 at least. Cafe was good but limited choices. Staff friendly.

Me and my friend stayed here in Feb for 4 nights in the 4 person female dorm. It was still very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. The beds were a little squeaky but you can get earplugs from the reception if bed noises and people walking in and out are a problem for you. best value for money considering whistler...

I stayed here for Four nights while in Whistler. Its a really nice, clean hostel and the staff were really helpful. Its located outside Whistler Village so you would need to get a bus in if your not driving. The hostel has a nice cafe downstairs which is good because there isnt any other cafes in the area unless you...
