It is at a quieter location even though it is part of the Whistler village. Friendly service and very clean room. Bed was a little firmer than mine at home but got used to it fast. Out stay was very comfortable overall.
This Resort has it all with the outdoor pool and tubs, fantasic location in the Village, the service is outstanding. The food in the pub bar is amazing have the wings for sure. The staff are so welcoming. The place is immaculate and easy for parking and walking. The driving range across the road, steps to the Gondola. Views from our room spectaculator a must star. 5 Star for sure. Cheers Yvonne & David
We loved the Hilton. We stayed in a Premier Studio. We were worried about the four of us (2 adults and two teenagers) staying in one room but the large open layout of the room was great! My husband and I slept on the king bed and the kids slept on the pull-out. We all slept great. Beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the thick blackout curtains. My husband and son stored their mountain bikes with the valet and the process was very easy and secure. We all enjoyed the pool which was a nice temperature and the pool deck wasn't too busy when we wanted to go. I was happy to have housekeeping back again. They were very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. We will definitely to back next summer!
Great location in the Village. Really great service and clean hotel. This hotel is very well run and it was a busy long weekend. Lots of staff working and everyone seemed to be engaged and very helpful. Great job!
We stayed here for 4 nights in August, the staff were friendly and welcoming and on arrival and we received a free upgrade being HH members which meant a kitchen and fireplace, neither of which we used however this would have been appreciated in Ski months. Our room was very dated and could do with a refresh, it was very hot when we stayed and although there was an AC unit in our room it was extremely loud! The pool was small but we managed to get beds each day however the pool itself was very dirty, the tiles on the pool could do with a good clean as you could see the grime on them which would easily wipe off. We enjoyed the bar at happy hour and had delicious hot dogs and fries and a couple of beers as part of the deal. We had our buffet breakfast included which was very nice. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic as you walk out straight into the village.…
Only here for one night whilst driving across Canada. Very nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location being within easy walking distance of the village where all the restaurants , bars and shops are. Also easy to get to the gondola station. Despite being so close to everything, there is a feeling of being away from it all as the hotel has large airy public spaces with a real lodge feel to them. We were here in summer but I would imagine the lobby and lounge areas having a really cosy feeling in the winter. Had the breakfast buffet here and it was probably the best buffet style breakfast that we had during our stay in Canada. The restaurant staff were all particularly friendly as well.
On the process to check in Baggage handlers looked at us struggling at the curbside and did not flinch. Amenities poor quality did not renew for 2nd day. Coffee drip coffee pouches machine from the 80’s When asked why the room wasn’t made for the second day they answered “the cleaner already left” Eventually they send 2 people up who made the beds but not refresh /cleaned the bathroom. No early breakfast arrangements for people going trekking early. Breakfast opens at 7.00 am. Will not return / recommend.
Very good location. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is small so Don’t expect to swim. Breakfast is great. Daily parking and resort charges extra. Nice rooms and nice view from the hotel rooms
We go here every year for the past 10 years it's very accessible to the bike lift for mountain bikes, really like the location and the service especially the people who works there, especially the servers at the cinnamon Bear Grill namely Connie Charina Mary Ann & Levi
Please take the time to read this you need to know what your walking into My wife and I went there for our honey moon, when I booked with them they said we would get a free upgrade in rooms if it was available and breakfast was included when I got there to check in there was an upgrade available and we were excited until they charged us for the room. I asked why we were being charged as the upgrade we were told would of been free, I was told they don't do that I spoke to the manager who said it would be takin care of. When we got to the room it was ok, in the second day the toilet wasn't working I fixed it myself multiple times ove the next couple days, I told the front desk who eventually fixed it on our second day. On our third day there they were doing work on the hot water and were supposed to be without hot water for a few hours not a big deal, at 4pm in the evening no hotwater I spoke with the front desk who said they would take care of it. The next morning no hot water we spent the last of our stay with no hot water. We went down for breakfast on our first morning there and they asked if we had a voucher I said I wasn't given one, I went tobthe front desk and asked they said it wasn't part of the packed again explaining what I was told they said sorry there's nothing they could do. On our check out day I spoke to the manager and told her my experience with everything and she apologized and said they would do something, when I went down to Chek out they took off the original additional charge for the upgraded room which is what they said they were going to originally take care as it was an extra 80 Dollars a night. They charged me 37 dollars a day to park there, the full cost of the breakfast for my wife and I which was supposed to be included and may I say it was 35 a head and a coffee. All in all I would never stay there again nor will my friends or family I am disgusted the the Hilton in whistler is a place in which takes advantage of the people that stay there and do not care as long as they get your money. Disgusted…
