Quirky and cozy, I would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Great location for exploring Whistler.

The hotel room itself was very clean, had a range of useful equipment and was perfect for our weekend break. There was free ice lollies, sweeties and hot chocolate in reception, where you could also hire a fish which was a quirky and fun idea. The hotel gave my husband some local beer as a birthday gift which was much...

I strongly recommend this hotel to those that are looking for nice decoration, cozy atmosphere and caring service at Whistler. The location is good. It is within 3 mins walking distance to go to supermarket, coffee shop and liquor store. This hotel is a pet-friendly hotel and i saw more than 5 dogs stay in this hospital. The room is...

Really friendly staff. I loved the fun little surprises throughout the hotel. The kitchenette was fantastic and well stocked!! Wonderful location in the Village yet quiet (granted I was there in off season).

Staff were very friendly and helpful , finding us a room that was ready even though we'd arrived hours before check-in. We loved the room - comfy beds, huge bathroom and shower (great toiletries), little balcony overlooking street & mountains, kitchenette a bonus too. We'd definitely stay here again. The little coffee room with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was...

We traveled to Whistler for my daughters wedding. Many of the guests stayed at the summit. In my party there were 12 of us. From the moment we got there the staff at the lodge did everything they could to accommodate us. From an early check in (we had two young children with us that were extremely tired) to getting...

Funky, cute hotel in a great Village location. Our room was ideal, with a very comfy bed, cozy fireplace, and kitchenette well enough stocked to make simple meals in our room. We were disappointed that the advertised bikes weren't available-although clear & sunny yesterday with no snow or ice we were told they aren't available in the "winter", however it's...

Stayed here for 2 nights. great location, lovely comfy beds, amazing art work in foyer...pet friendly but didn't even notice any pets! Only realised when I saw a dog in foyer and read it somewhere. Had fish you could adopt for the night if you were missing your pet which was cute!A bit noisy in spa outside rooms but stopped...

I stayed at the Summit lodge a few weeks ago and couldn't speak more highly of it if I tried! The staff were all friendly and professional, and I must mention Chris at the front desk in particular. He is an awesome Englishman!

The staff and service at the Summit Lodge in Whistler were great. Two days just wasn't long enough though. We loved the location of the lodge and hope to go back next year. I was also very impressed with the assistance I received after returning home from the staff members who located my iPad charger that I left behind and...
