Wife and I did a ski getaway without kids, loved the place. Clean, great location, and best of all, the shuttle to the slopes. Mark, the shuttle driver, is the man! We were never more than 5-10 minutes from steps to slopes or slopes to steps. highly recommend and if we can get away to Whistler, will stay here.

My whole stay at the hotel was just fantastic, everything was just right: check in, room, hot tub, location, staff super friendly. I just can´t give it 5 stars because I did have a problem with my invoice, when debiting my credit card before arrival, they debited way more than what they were supposed to. The difference has been credited...

On the surface it appeared like a regular hotel, nothing special. The service at the front desk was thorough and speedy, with a smile, and when we got to the room it was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we could need including a stove top. We had one of our best sleeps in a while there, and woke to...

The good things about this place are its location in the village, close to shops and restaurants. The spa and pool are both very good. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good. But there are plenty of this wrong with this place. The kitchenette is tiny and cluttered with large appliances and a large tray of bar snacks and...

Tim W, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! It's fabulous to hear that you enjoyed where we are situated, the spa area as well as the surrounding shops and restaurants. What we recommend to anyone reading this post, if you are looking for a full sized kitchen we would advise booking into a suite or...

What's so good about the Summit are the little touches and attention to detail. Warm hot chocolate, sweets and apres ski goodies (wine and cheese, craft beer tasting), make this place friendly and inviting. Great rooms, helpful and friendly staff and located near a range of good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel and high end rooms. The staffs are very helpful. I liked the free hot drinks and munchies at the lobby. Very spacious rooms and delicious food bar. Shout out to Zaldy for going the extra mile to make our stay a very comfortable vacation after a tiring day.

I have stayed in whistler a number of times in other hotels. I stayed in The Summit Lodge recently with friends and have to say it is my favourite so far. The rooms were cosy and staff were very friendly. Courtney and Chris on the front desk went out of their way to ensure we had everything that we needed...

Wowwee!! Thank you so much RoryMilne for writing us such a lovely review. I'm so glad to hear that Courtney and Chris helped make your time in Whistler as memorable as you have described, I loved that it felt like an exceptional personal experience for you. We've been up to the Summit Lodge 3 times now and every time we just love it. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is fantastic, so close to the grocery store and the amazing street taco place. But mostly it's the staff there. If there's even a whiff of a complaint, they get right on to...
