This is the third time my husband, 12 year old son and I have stayed at the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel. We continue booking the Summit for the following reasons: 1) Staff is outstanding ... from the front desk reps to the housekeepers to the shuttle drivers, everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 2) The room is comfortable and a...

From the lobby and check-in to our great room with a view, we enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. Our suite was a one-bedroom with a door that closed, and a small living room with pull-out couch, complete with small balcony that looked out to the mountains and the village. The mini-kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, the bathroom...

Eight days skiing w/2 kids + 2 adults + 1 dog. Comfortable stay, modern and clean rooms (thanks Marco!), complimentary snacks in the lobby every day, friendly staff & shuttle driver, great hip decor (artwork especially). Suggestions: MUST add extra / larger hot tub. Current one is far too small and gets an odd swampy green color due to overcrowding....

Mike the driver made the hotel experience even better. His witty comments and tactical driving placed us on the slopes every day. The hotel is in a great location with a grocery within 147.5 steps according to Mike

Just spent 4 nights, 5 days. Room was great - slightly larger vs. similar hotels we stayed in for skiing in Utah, Colorado, etc. Linens of good quality, small gas fireplace for ambiance, 2 balconies. Kitchen was fine - small fridge, microwave, and stovetop. Minimal items to cook with, but we ate out every night so didn't need anything. (place...

Room was clean, updated and just the right size for the 4 of us (kids are 8 and 10 years old) and the location was very convenient (IGA supermarket, Starbucks, Crepes restaurant were all just across the street). Staff was friendly and very responsive. Getting to and from the lifts (certainly close enough for adults to walk) with kids was...

Village location cannot be beat - next to wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and of course the village stroll. Ipad in every room and clean kitchenette. Very quiet hotel, the walls were not thin and allowed no noise (unless you end up with inconsiderate neighbors like ours who screamed, but these situations cannot be avoided unfortunately). Outside noise is also eliminated...

We loved our stay at the Summit Lodge in Whistler. Great location, beautiful premises and service including regular shuttle to and from the slopes. The negative side is the price aka compared to other hotels in the same price rage I can't give it 5 stars.

Great experience. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was spacious, had all the amenities, and very comfortable, even offering free wi-fi. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our last day, they allowed us to check our bags while skiing and then shower and change afterwards. The hotel location is great, near everything. The price was high, but...
