Clean, useful room. Good for one, maybe two people -- could be a bit tight if a lot of luggage, but overall quite nice. I had limited view, although that was no issue. Nice kitchenette. Good bath. Just two nights while waiting for family to arrive at their condo where I would join them. Easy 5+ minute walk to main village and lifts.

Their hotel is older, so it isn’t fancy. We needed a pet friendly room with a kitchen that was in the village, the Pinnacle checked all of the boxes. The staff were very kind and helpful. I had phoned the hotel a couple of times and a real person answered! They were very pleasant when I spoke with them. No automated attendant! Downside was the elevator did not work and the pool was not open for our entire stay.

Location was central, with the shuttle at the back door. Rooms were beautifully cleaned. We were in residence for 2 weeks and found everything as advertised. We managed to get a competitive rate, so in all a most pleasant and positive experience.

Although this property had a great location relative to the village, it lacked in pretty much everything else. I would not recommend this property or return for another stay due to the run down state of the hotel.

Location is wonderful: quiet part of the village, away from all the music and bar scene. Walking distance to just about everything. Especially the grocery store and many many nice restaurants nearby. Two in the same building! We got the deluxe queen beds room (2 beds). It has a small but full kitchen. We were able to buy some breakfast and lunch items, and enjoy them in the room. Our room was on the fourth floor, with a nice mountain view. It also had its own underground garage. That was important to us. Knowing our car was parked in a secure place. Room also had a fireplace but we never used it. Room was on the warm side, never used heat! During our 3 nights stay, their elevator was out! They did notify us via email. It made hauling our ski equipment, suitcases up 4 flights of stair a bit of a workout. Other than that, we normally would enjoy the walking up/down anyway. They did waive the $24 per night parking fee. Elevator never got fixed. Felt bad for some people that can't do that many stairs. The pool also had issues, but we didn't come wanting to use the pool anyway. They said the hot tub was working, but since our room had a jacuzzi jet tub, we just enjoyed it in our own room! The bathroom was on the small side, with a shower. Also provided bath robes for use. This is a nice property. When we return to Whistler, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The room flooded because the room next to us left the bath running overnight which caused the water to seep into our room. It smelt so bad because the carpets are disgusting, the whole floor smelt and the only compensation we got was our parking covered which was not worth the money we spent on the room

If you’re a light sleeper, this might be issue. Elevators were out of order when we checked in. Wasn’t an issue for us as our room was in third floor. Underground parking was convenient and it’s about 10 minute walk to ski lifts. It wasn’t near any bars or nightclubs so sound level was minimal. It has everything you need to cook your own meals.

Hotel is nice. Room was nice. Good location. Elevator was broken which staff offered to accommodate help with bags. We declined but was a bit of a hassle on the 4th floor but we managed. Felt bad for the housekeeping staff lugging their supplies! Unfortunately pool was closed, which was disappointing as we booked based on pool and hot tub. Overall good stay.

We enjoyed our 5 day trip to Whistler and staying at Pinnacle Hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and having a mini kitchen was great. We would stay here again.

Our family, including two teenagers, stayed here for three nights for a skiing vacation. Good - great location, just steps to the main village, gondolas, ski rentals, bus loop, public transit; front desk staff helpful and friendly; well equipped room with full fridge, dishes etc.; small but nice pool and hot tub; robes and full jacuzzi tub in the room; nice mountain view; well priced for Whistler. Not so good: the room had a couple of bugs crawling on the floor; hair found on pillow cases (but those were quickly exchanged); jacuzzi tub is in the main room taking up too much space; pool area is an outside walk in cold winter with nowhere to put your towels (except five hooks for robes). We might stay here again if the price was right.
