The first time I went there I was so impressed I only go there now. My favourite room comes with a double jacuzzi tub. The bed is really comfortable. The staff is always friendly. Its really close to the mountain and the village. The in house resteraunt is delicious too.

Stayed here for the first time, excellent location in the heart of Whistler Village. Rooms have everything, from full kitchen including fridge and freezer to balcony, private hot-tub plus fireplace. The outside pool was nice and super warm for a 10 below outside day, there is also an outside hot tub. Service staff was very helpful and pleasant, check in...

The key to enjoying this hotel is to choose the right side of the rooms. The first night, we were put in the side facing away from the ski slopes. That side also faces the road that takes a bunch of traffic. And there were ambulances blaring all night - I guess bikers falling down the slopes (we went in...

Great if you are there for ski-ing. Good location and friendly staff. The Italian restaurant is a hidden gem. Only issue was the noise of early morning skiers. Easy to walk into resort. Price was reasonable too.

The hole is close to shops and ski lifts. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a mini kitchen and fridge. The room had a spa bath in the main room and an imitation log fireplace. The shower was big and the hot water is plentiful. There is undercover parking at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel...

Great room as a base for adventures as the kitchenette is great for cooking meals so we didn't have to go out all the time. The hot tub was fabulous at the end of each ski day. Lots of space to stretch out. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Pinnacle for 4 nights. The amenities offered in the rooms made it so nice to come back to after a long day on the mountain or out in the village. The kitchenette is fully stocked, and it was great to enjoy a private jacuzzi next to the fireplace every evening. I look...

Not sure who is ultimately responsible for this failure, but I paid for a room on Hotels.com at the Whistler pinnacle, and after having paid $6000 for a 10 night stay, I received an email to weeks later telling me that the pinnacle had informed Hotels.com at the accommodations I paid for them not available! I was able to rebook...

The location, price and amenities could not be faulted. Check in was quick and easy with 24 hour on site parking one of the cheapest in the area. We only stayed one night but are looking forward to staying a long weekend in 2017.
