The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the late night noise of people outside in the Village walk way, but that is an acceptable trade off for being so central. Everything else in the hotel was perfect. The food in the restaurant was delicious and good value.

Great central location. After parking the car there was no need to drive again as everything was in walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room really spacious. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

recently stayed at this hotel while visiting Whistler. Fantastic location, in the village green, walking distance to everything in Whistler village. The room was a standard twin, a bit small, but ok for a few nights. Our view out the window (on 3rd floor) was of the Gondola, this was not working as they were preparing for the spring season...

Carolyn, thank you for taking the time to review the Crystal Lodge following your recent Whistler get-away. I am pleased to hear that the Traditional x2 double room met your expectations and would agree that if you are travelling to the resort for longer periods of time the square footage of our Deluxe x2 Queen rooms would be more suitable....

Stayed here for a week. The location was superb with both ski lifts across the road. Ski valet service every day provided and room very comfortable. We requested a high floor room in case of any noise but there was none. Would definitely return as in the heart of things with restaurants/bars and shops on the doorstep. Breakfast not included...

'ManchesterSmurf', thank you for choosing the Crystal Lodge for this past winter's week long ski vacation to Whistler. I am pleased to read that the ski valet and central location were highlights of your trip. I hope that you decide to return to Whistler again in the future and that we have the opportunity to welcome you back to the...

This is our first trip to Whistler. We stayed at Crystal Lodge for 3 nights. The hotel was better than we expected. The location was right in the middle of Whistler so everything was within walking distance. Every staff member that we dealt with were courteous, professional and extremely helpful. We couldn't check in early because the room was not...

We keep going back. Great friendly service and very central to every thing. Well priced as well. Usually book directly through hotel but used Hotels.com this time. Very easy and very good price. Wished the Wildwood Bistro had been open. Closed Mondays and Tuesday evenings. Enjoyed the Spaghetti Factory instead.

Thank you for your recent review of what I am speculating was our Traditional room with 1 double bed. These particular rooms are our smallest layout and are ideal for 1-2 guests that want a value priced room in the middle of Whistler village however given their smaller floor plan are not ideal for those looking to spend a lot...

Here with my husband and dog on a little getaway. We stayed here over 5 years ago and really enjoyed it, so felt comfortable in booking a stay with them again. We had a Deluxe King room that was dog friendly. Beautiful/trendy room, spacious, and clean! The bed was comfortable with an abundance of soft fluffy pillows. Our dog was...

Welcome back to the Crystal Lodge. We are pleased to read that you are enjoying your time at the hotel and in the village. An alternative way to reach the pool from your North Wing room is to walk all the way down to the south wing elevators then descend to the Lobby level where you will be steps to...
