A fabulous place to stay. Wonderful location and great facilities. Rooms were immaculate and well appointed and the bed was fab - the best sleep I’ve had in our trip. There is parking on site for those who come by car, but once there, you are right in the heart of the village. I will come back.

Hotel's Favorite
There are so many choices in Whistler from hotels to private condos, etc, and we agonized over our choice: balancing location, room size, reviews, price... and we are so glad we chose the Crystal Lodge for our 3-night stay. We were with our 11-year-old nephew and had a one-bedroom with a loft and LOVED it! He stayed in the loft and thought it was so cool to have his own bathroom and space - and the kid-sized robes are an excellent touch. The location is perfect: you walk out of the hotel and into the heart of the village with everything right there! It did get a little loud at night, but we usually sleep with earplugs regardless and expected that being in the village. All the staff were very nice and the hotel and our room were very clean! Heads up on the parking though: it is VERY limited and VERY tight! We used the alternative parking lot and think it was much better (although you do have to walk a few short minutes back to that lot to pay daily). Overall, we would definitely stay here again! …

Reasonably priced for Whistler, centrally located right in Whistler village. We had a 2 double bed room and it was exactly what you’d expect from a hotel. Mini fridge was available and nice robes too, then even have a reusable bag in the closet in case you’re going out to shop. Bathroom was clean and bright. Front desk staff were friendly and quiet to help.

This place is amazing!!! We stayed in one of the loft suites and honestly if I could live there I would! Everything you could possibly need - a fridge, microwave, sink, TV, bath, Shower and a beautiful gas fire! Amazing views of the village aswell and the cosiest beds I have ever slept in! Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The main whistler village area was fantastic and everything was in walking distance.

Great place to stay if you want close to village and restaurants, very basic but totally comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Forgot bathing suit but the facilities looked awesome. Wish I had more time to enjoy them.

We enjoyed our stay at Whistler. Staff were pleasant and the room was clean although a little small. Was a little disappointed that they had full size shampoo etc which you had to pay for if you took them with you I like the sample size ones

Crystal Lodge is perfectly located in the heart of Whistler Village. We were there for a girls weekend to do some hiking and shopping. We were able to park our car for most of our stay and walk to where we needed to go. Staff was friendly and informative. Besides location, part of the reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, both times we tried to use the hot tub after our hikes it was full. Once was in the afternoon and once in the early evening. We ended using the sauna, but it would be nice if there was another hot tub since it seems to be so popular.

Great staff! Great experience my hotel of choice for all my mountain bike trips. Will be returning. Love the discount for paying in full when booking ahead of time. Easy access the the lifts and village is amazing.

The location was perfect, easy access to shops, restaurants, gondolas. The room was fine, except the sink that kept back-flush ing disgusting water. The customer service of the staff at the front was great when we asked for toothpaste which we forgot to bring.

The room was very comfortable, parking was great, location very close to the center. We made a mistake by booking on the same date but next year, and discovered it on arrival. The crew was very understanding and changed our booking to an available room, without changing the price
