The RCI timeshare exchange experience and the facility have been outstanding. The location, set up and overall condition of the resort had been very good. The layout and size of the 2 Bedroom unit and the privacy couldn't be better. We had a great time in Whislter, B.C. and the weather was ideal for hiking.

We arrived and we informed of a problem with our room. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a hot tub. It was spotless. The location was excellent; close to the golf course, 20 minute walk to the centre of Whistler and far enough from the noise of the highway. However, the public areas of the complex could be... There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Our unit was at the end above the parking entrance, but has views on three sides, a large balcony and comfortable accomodations. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms are large and comfortable with lots of storage and a laundry centre as well. We were very comfortable. The halls could use... More

My wife and I spent a week here in late October. Though the weather was quite changeable, there was plenty of opportunity to get out and see the area. The condo itself was one of the best ones we have used. The apartment was well laid out, well stocked, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, as were the chairs... More

This was an RCI timeshare exchange from Europe. We love mountains at any time of year. It was mid-October, but remarkably mild, sunny and (most days) dry. The autumn colours were beautiful. Our 2-bed apartment had picture windows (glazing ready for replacement) looking east, over Whistler village and towards the mountains and ski runs. The sun didn't break over the... More

We rented a unit that faced the gardens and trees. It was nice and cool for most of the day as the sun shines onto the side that faces the mountains. The unit had a very well equipped kitchen, good quality utensils, supplies of soaps etc. We all slept well as the Ironwood is in a very quiet location just... More

The check-in was fast and friendly. The common areas in the building need some maintenance. The carpets were worn and dirty looking and the walls could use some paint. Our unit was extremely hot when we arrive late in the afternoon and even the night mountain air didn't cool it off. We managed but it was quite uncomfortable for a... More

My colleague and me stayed at this place during a week-long conference in town. After we left there, we were charged a third party fine in lieu of violation of some rules stating that we were noisy and used the pool at 3 a.m in the morning. We made several international calls and wrote e-mails to the hotel management that... More

Beautiful views, spacious and clean. Nice pool. Very hot in the summer. Two fans were provided but we actually brought three of our own and thank goodness. It was the beginning of July and the temperatures were reaching 35 degrees. The rooms were so hot by 7:00am it was uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms.... More
