Very open and spacious room. Well furnished in a slightly Asian style. Balcony overlooking a Japanese garden. Bed really comfortable. Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom, fridge and microwave all spotless. We really enjoyed our stay in this motel that is a bit different from the usual corporate style. Very good value for money.

Good location and grounds, close to a park and downtown Vernon. Lots of parking. The outdoor pool was closed for the season and the fitness facilities were closed for repair. Very dated which is not a problem but paintwork was bad and some mold in bathroom tiles. It could have been cleaner, there was dust on the lamps and fixtures... More

If you're looking for the best bang for the buck, the Tiki is a great option. Super clean and super friendly and helpful staff. Although outdated, it is squeeky clean. The rooms overlook a courtyard with a pool. They have picnic tables and a BBQ. The only drawback was the pool, although the temperature was perfect, the pool had the... More

So we got a room here and everything you have read about this place is correct, it's old in every sense. My issue was we don't smoke and the unit smelled like stale cigarettes which is odd because it's a non smoking room and they were very clear of the no smoking policy. The beds weren't comfortable, the stairs leading... More

Very nice place. Although dated a little the pace was very clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. There's a really nice outdoor pool there and the Japanese Restaurant that is on premise but not attached was excellent!. They could update the beds but otherwise a great stay and we would definitely go back!

I had a comfortable Winter stay at this dated but querky and clean motel. My room was spacious with a separate sitting area and the courtyard/gardens were attractive and well maintained- the best I have seen at a motel. I look forward to coming back here in the Summer to make use of the pool, grounds and room patios/balconies. The... More

Booked last minute, got a great price. We were a bit nervous about being "downstairs" but it was only down 5 steps. What a surprise when we unlocked the door. The room was spacious, and the decor was funky and fun. We had sliding doors to the pool, and a small patio with chairs and access to a BBQ.

This place is circa 1960's, 1970's campiness and total awesomeness. Nice front desk staff, nice little pool and deck furniture to enjoy (Kirkland) margaritas and a few cervezas and good tunes. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Air conditioned, good deck with view of pool. New TV's and laminate flooring. Nice grounds and garden. Bonus is it has a... More

We stayed at this great little hotel on June 13. What a Gem with true character. The back courtyard is top shelf. The Japanese restaurant that is also in the back courtyard makes supper choice easy and tasty. If you are looking for flash and new them this may not be for you. If you are looking for clean with... My small children and I loved this old motel. It was very clean, well maintained and full of character. The hotel is undeniably in need of repair, but the staff obviously take pride in the place, and take good care of the rooms and property. My children loved our walk-out room that opened to a nicely manicured courtyard with pool... More
